I used T11 twice before and was very pleased. However, this week I tried to book an appointment and I was told it wasn't possible. They said I had to be available all day and wait for their call!! I can't sit around for a whole day and wait for a call. This was urgent (hence why I called) but they said they didn't have any availability for a week. I asked about Saturday and they said they no longer make appointments on Saturdays. This is an impossible service. Please go back to what you were 2 years ago.

After discover a flat tyre at 6.30am I rang T11 who came just over 2 hours later. All fixed and sorted in 20 minutes. John was very polite on the phone dealing with my query and the mechanic (sorry didn’t get his name) was polite and professional. I would recommend this company to others.

Reached out to T11 Tyres after getting a puncture/flat, arranged a convenient appointment for replacing 2 x tyres - two birds one stone scenario - great service, very accommodating and friendly, will use again and recommend to others. Thanks Jordan!

I have used T11 tyres for many years now and have always received excellent service, price and above all reliability.
I would highly recommend them.

Wanted to charge me £300 to come out and fit a new tyre. Bush tyres charged me £195 and came out after 2 hrs. Don’t go to these guys, go elsewhere.
Edit: Instead of engaging with me regarding my experience with them, T11 tyres complained to Trustpilot regarding me mentioning Bush Tyres and tried to get the mention of Bush Tyres removed from my review. I may have to edit my review in-line with Trustpilots request but still think it’s important to note that, as a customer, Bush Tyres were more polite and £105 cheaper than T11 tyres.

Edit: In reply to T11 Tyres.
Firstly, I didn’t spend the phone call swearing, that is a base lie.
Secondly, Idon’t have an account with Bush tyres.
Thirdly, T11 tyres obviously don’t know their own industry as Bush tyres do indeed do after hours call-outs and are STILL £105 cheaper than T11 tyres regardless of the lies and excuses they make.

Excellent perforación and quick service.
Myself and the kids were stranded on the A1 with a blow out.
The AA service were hopeless.only offers me a lift to the nearest services. T11 came 10 mins quicker then the AA anyway. Brought and Safely refitted a brand new tyre. Checked it and I was on my way. It could have been so much worse on a Friday night in rush hour. And much cheaper than I imagined given the circumstances.

The fitter was very professional and took into account the safety and security of my young children.

Thank you so much. Defiantly use them again -although I hope I never need to.

Fast and efficient service today when I had a flat tyre on the way into Lincoln. New tyre was fitted at roadside in less than an hour from calling them out. Faultless service.

DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR TYRES!!! THIS TYRE COMPANY IS EXCELLENT.

I had a flat tyre due to a puncture near where I live. It was a Sunday so places to go were limited. I tried a well known tyre company having limped my car to there depot. They were very unhelpful saying they were fully booked all day. With that I managed to limp my car back home and was concerned about getting the tyre repaired and not wishing to drive the car again. Thankfully, I stumbled across T11 tyres and contacted them immediately. From the start they were very helpful and accommodating. They offered to come out the same day but stated that as I was already home and safe it would be cheaper for me to wait until the next day as it would be a lot cheaper for me. I decided that this was the best option and agreed to arrange for the repair to be done on the Monday morning. At exactly 9am I received a call from a very friendly lady at T11 tyres who informed me that someone one would be able to do the repair that morning. She also gave me two prices one to repair the tyre and the other to replace it. Both prices were very reasonable. The next thing I received a call almost immediately afterwards from a man called Darren who stated he would be with me within 40 minutes. He arrived very promptly and completed the repair within 30 minutes. Darren was very friendly and approachable and explained very thing very clearly to me. Darren was from the Boston branch of T11 tyres and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The whole service from start to finish was first class. If you live in Lincolnshire do not go anywhere else apart from this company if you need your tyres repaired or replacing. I would describe them with one word BRILLIANT!

Used T11 tyres a fair few times and they never seem to dissapoint, amazing service very quick response time .
Amazing communication and jordan is so polite and professional it's unbelievable.
Prices are always spot , won't use any other company as T11 are just perfect

Excellent service. Had a breakdown an hour away from our home and after a poor service from the AA we came across these on google and to our surprise they were able to come out to us within a reasonable time out of hours on a Sunday evening to help us get back on the road. Thank you
