Kept thousands in reserves and dissappeared

We used this company for a over a year. They retained a % of the funds received as "reserves" but after closing our account, they said it would take approximately 10 months to receive our final payment. After waiting and checking on it, they never responded and after researching and reading many reviews, it appears they went out of business and kept the "reserves" for many company's accounts. Our thousands of dollars were lost but you can avoid T1 if you don't want to be a victim of the same unlawful activity.

This is hands down THE WORST processor…

This is hands down THE WORST processor you'll ever find. They will literally steal your money and then make you sign a waiver saying you can't write a bad review to get a tiny portion back. Total scam, owner is world-renowned a-hole. SCAM

Scammed $70K T1 don't reply

Guys we are also been scammed $70k. We all need to do something. We are in UK. When you put mobile numbers down please put your company name and dialing codes. here is my number 00 44 757 080 260. Lets try to make a group and get our money back

Unfortunate experience, Hope this is reconciled soon.

Unfortunately I am now one of the many customers being shorted of their funds. Accounts closed with very little notice and still have around $20,000 in funds not being released. No emails or return of communication know what is going on.

I really hope that this will be resolved soon.

Account suddenly closed as they try to steal 50k

We've been with T1payments for 2-3 years. we've had some problems here and there but nothing serious and have always complied. suddenly right before memorial day they shut our account down due to "payvision". They did this as they withheld our money for the whole week before telling us this. We now have around 50k of our money that they are not paying us. We're looking towards legal options and if there is anyone else that has been scammed by them like we have please reach out to us so we can group together and find an efficient way to get our money back! 703-987-0145

Wont release your funds

They closed our account on the 31st of may, and kept over 60k of our online sales. no one is responding, contacted a few lawyers. They broke our cash flow and we don't have enough cash flow to pay the bills, or order new inventory . DO NOT USE

Hi Mathew. How shall we deal with this. We all need to put a case together. If we all can share details or make a whats app group and then seek legal advise together it will be stronget and cost effective. The sad thing is they still operating. We've been with T1 for 2+ years now

We've been with T1 for 2+ years now. There have been a few issues along the way but nothing we couldn't handle, until now. From the date of May 14th, 2021 to May 31st, 2021 we did our highest volume of sales with T1, totaling over $50,000+ in sales.
On Friday evening, May 28th, 2021 we received an email suddenly saying that T1 would no longer be processing our account due to 'PayVision'. They were closing our account as of May 31st, 2021. Just 23 days away.
Now a fact to point out here is this was Memorial weekend so almost all businesses are closed AND closed Monday, the 31st when our account would stop processing. This all leaving us NO TIME to setup and switch to another high risk processor.
That in itself is wrong because surely T1 knew before Friday of the closer, right?
Well, we confirmed just that... They had emailed 11 other clients we know personally of the closure at the start of the week. We are friends with others that use T1 obviously.
All of this wouldn't have been such a big deal except the fact is we had been emailing T1 many days prior because the hadn't deposited our funds into out account since May 21st, 2021 per usual... We get deposits every day except Sat and Sun. T1 had not returned a single call or email since we reached out on May 22nd, 2021. They had enough time to let us know what was happening but didn't.
Since this happened we officially put our numbers together and since May 14th, 2021 to May 31st, 2021 we had raised $50,000+ in sales with T1 also holding a Reserve of $9,800. So almost all in to the tune of $60,000.
We have received ZERO communication. We have called every day, every 2 hours from open to close and written over 20 emails to EVERY department dating all the way back to our first email addresses from different departments 2 years ago.
T1 is holding all our funds and not returning any communication as to even an outcome.
We've spoke to our lawyer and the next step is to physically go into their office in vegas and exchange some words, then file a lawsuit if we get no answers or resolution. Just what every customer that's looking for a CC processing company wants to do. Waste more time and money to get your hard earned money.
We are reaching out to all our other friends that processed with T1 to see what they would like to do as well.
This company lacks moral obligation to even respond to its loyal customers. They are far beyond an excuse of 'we're very busy'. T1 processes high risk accounts and sells themselves on being the best.
This is our review that they are not holding up their end of the deal at being the best, or even within arms length of it.

We will put a cherry on top of this. Our company directly supports a dog rescue for abused and neglected dogs as well as a sanctuary for abused wolves and farm animals from our sales, we don't profit... T1 had a heart to heart with us when we started because they knew the money we raise in sales supports and keeps the doors open to the rescues... Now we are fighting to keep the rescue a float since we have no outcome or resolution... Thanks T1, that makes this personal and not just business anymore. Very sad you can't even respond to your customers.

I was always skeptical to use t1

I was always skeptical to use t1, when you search In Google for example, you can see that "t1 payments lawsuit" was commonly searched! Huge red flag! But we were desperate to take "high risk" payments.

We have been with these clowns for 2 years now. Onboarding was painful but the sales team were actually really good. Once you've been on boarded, the level of customer support is completely different... always excuses and they never take ownership for any issues.

About a week ago my gateway just stopped working, no notice given, they wouldn't answer any phones but just reply through email stating there is no issue. A few days later on a Saturday, we receive emails stating that their business is pretty much closing..

Initially I was very concerned about finding a replacement for my website in such short notice, then I looked at my previous payouts and realized that they stopped processing them to me about a week ago!

They ruined our website, lost us tens of thousands of dollars in revenue and now have potentially run off with close to 100k of our money. I knew t1 weren't great but I never pictured this. They are completely un-contactable!

The guy running the show there is likely down in Puerto Rico or something by now. We want our money immediately you dog!
