As a first time consumer of both the mushroom tincture and shilajit, i wanted to give time to write a fair review having used both daily throughout January. I've noticed a great increase in mental focus, both at work, and in my physical training. My strength has increased slightly, I feel recovery has improved too. I find the biggest difference personally, in having more clarity and calm. The shilajit I find is best diluted in hot water, and I've started to add the tincture into this mix for a all in one super shot. I still have over half the pot, so value for money is a tick in the box too! Would recommend to anyone aiming to increase health and wellbeing, as well as improving and finding that extra 1%. Thanks Tom, I'll be back for more soon!
