Breach of guidelines
Failure to refund.
On the 8th August I invested £250 with this company but within a few hours changed my mind about doing so, and when someone from the company rang back on the 11th, (it is impossible to ring them), I asked him to refund my money. On 4th September I was told that my money would not be refunded without submitting all my personal information (passport, evidence of address etc.), but having updated my review to reflect what they had told me, my money was refunded. Not a great experience!

Scam company
Scam company. Cannot withdraw the money. They will give many excuses even got email approval but later got rejected. Beware they will use influencer to get you to their broker. All people got paid to review even on other platform. Yeah i even use the FPX which is the first method that use to deposit and still got rejected.

Overall xp with the broker
Overall xp with the broker - not that good. The confusion started with accounts, selection is there but no info on min, deposits and other conditions and differences between them. Next thing I didn't like much is mt4, I consider this an old platform. Had to reach out to support to clear the confusion about the accounts, and credit where credit is due, customer service was ok.

I have had no reply to my email outlining my experience of fraudulent activity and the loss of around 15'000 euros. This is life changing money and I will pursue this with all I have. My so called account handler was( I’m not allowed to mention this persons name)operating from the Limassol office. This man is extremely dangerous and should have been vetted prior to employment

I clicked on a link where it advertising invest £250 and then it goes up by the end of the month and so on so far I invested 250 with T4 trade at first when they took my money and over the first week my 250 rose to 270 and then by the end of the following week it went up to £505. I thought I withdraw my deposit and just thought that’s what they do. That’s what they told me. They did bills bills they wanted me to deposit more money I can’t understand why because they said it’s my money I can refuse any time, but I requested to do it all all my money so feel free to August then I’ve got no phone calls from anybody no explanation just Nothing and when I requested my money there was a lot in my account £505 so I thought I’m taking it in just you know I’ve had experience with them. It wasn’t a good experience with them. Wouldn’t advise anyone to go near them. They just take your money and don’t respond to any like Calls or messages. I’ve requested my withdraw my money lots of occasions and I checked my trading account. I just looked at it now it’s got £2.22 when I requested my £500 it was up to £500 so give me five but no, they didn’t . Do not use T4TRADE. For me £250 is a lot of money and the stress and I have a heart condition and the stress of trying to get my money back nearly sent me to hospital don’t use T4TRADE.. blatantly lied to me said I could have my money at any time it’s my money and no nothing I’ve got nothing.

The webinars are so useful, i was bad at trading first but after watching a dozen of webinars for several months, i got better. The great thing that they did is download all of the previous webinars to their website. There is a biiiig list of webinars held in different languages that i’m able to rewatch anytime of the day.
