I have been using T9 Fire and Security Team for 3 years now on all fire related matters - pre-build advice, FRAs, maintenance and remedials.

Andy and Matt are very knowledgably and always happy to support. Their advice and guidance is practical and ultimately compliant with the current legislation.

My recent experience involved fire door remedials with the team delivering a fantastic service despite, challenging old frames. Work was done professionally and promptly.

T9 is your solution for all fire compliance requirements.

An appalling experience. Be wary!
I was charged £6091 for preparing a quote.
Part of the cost was for the preparation of a report on the fire strategy measures to be implemented.
I never received the fire strategy reports despite repeated requests.
Constant phoning texting and emailing was futile.
It took them mont3 months to get round to a site visit.
The quote finally came 4 months later. No Fire strategy reports, no justifications for having paid £6000+ in advance.
The quote was neither itemised nor costed.
On questioning this; I was brushed off and told it was not worth their while to prepare a full quote as it was too expensive for me anyway!
When I expressed dissatisfaction and asked for my money back they refused.
They then withdrew the quote.
I had paid for two phases of work. Neither were completed.
Despite repeated requests and mediation, they still refused to refund my money.
I finally had to take them to small claims court. this case has dragged on for 11 months.

A professional and honest company, would at the very least, have taken the time to discuss with a client and make all attempts to mediate a solution before it came to having to take them to court.
I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this company.

If I could give 10 stars I would! T9 did all the security cameras & alarms for my new restaurant & nothing was ever a problem, so quick to get the job done & even now after months of having everything installed anything I need there on the end of the phone 24/7.. and I’ve called them more than once at all hours! Also downloaded all the cameras & sensors to my phone which is super important & handy for me!
10/10, highly recommend! Keep it up guys ☺️

Absolute first class service!! From the initial consultation through to install and even maintenance of our alarm, cctv and fire system!! Very professional service and an extremely quick turn round!! Have and will continue to recommend and use.

T9 Fire & Security have recently installed fire doors for us. From the initial meeting with Andy and his team we felt comfortable they were experienced and appreciated our requirements.
Prompt and professional quotation, the doors were delayed in arriving but down to supplier issue, the installers were great & back up from Matt and the office was superb.
Will recommend and will be using them again .
