Trustworthy seller with good customer service. Item was as described and performs as expected. No issues. Good pricing and very fast despatch. I ordered on Friday and received my item by Saturday morning.

I ask you to please help, No quality control, not referbished, sold me a absolutely disgusting product that has grime and heavy damages not excellent or professionally referbished like advertised. Just sent your team a message about the state of a device that I purchased, I've marked it for your complaints manager it's absolutely disgusting and not excellent as advertised under referbished item, wasted my time and also my enjoyment of the
"referbished" product very disappointing.

It looks new no scratch marks, switched it on and worked great. Bought it for someone hopefully she will like it. Thanks

Despite being a good customer of Tab Retail who bought from them and recommended them, they blocked me on eBay UK without any explanation. I have sent numerous emails to their address, including GDPR enquiries, without any response. Very poor on your part TAB. I never caused any issues as a customer and I have a right to know what happened.

TAB cancelled my order and gave no exp[lanation just said not available did nothing other than say its cancelled, wouldnot trust to deal withagain!

Delivery was really quick and Lauren was super helpful with a Royal Mail issue. The product itself was perfect and fantastically priced. I will definitely be checking here first next time I need anything.

Awful communication - i have sent 4 emails to no response and nobody answers the number for the company. The wire didn’t arrive in the box of my Steelseries Arctis headset and I can’t use it.

I bought a motherboard from Tab Retail that came with warranty. Less than a year later, it started having serious issues, so I sent it back expecting proper support. Instead, they kept going back and forth, claiming “nothing is wrong” even though the board is clearly faulty.

Their customer service is a joke — no clear communication, no accountability, and no real help. I’ve wasted time, and a ton of frustration just to be told the same thing over and over.

Honestly, this experience has been a nightmare. I’ll never buy from Tab Retail again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who expects their warranty to actually mean something.

By the looks of this companys reviews looks like this company has a Reputation for dissapointing customers would not recomend at all awfull customer service espacially from Lauren will be submitting a report to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards

Sells faulty items and refuses returns. AVOID.

Straight forward transaction with good communication. Great savings over normal RRP too!
