I had a great experience guys with your app since the very beginning and I use to recommend it to a lot of people , but to be honest lately since there is no more api use without an account I'm looking for an alternative. My recent experience on TT is about a glitch that leads to refusal of payment after sales of my selling order
My recent experience on TT is about a coin that I placed selling order on (PINK/BTC). When the pink was sold my BTC was not dropped in my wallet. I waited for two days meanwhile during the period of waiting, I was carrying out sell&buy order on other coins and they were all doing fine. After the second day I contacted the telegram official room and one of the admin told me that it was a glitch on my account so I need to pay a token 0.05 BTC to the bot wallet address in other to reset my account. He said after the reset the token will be return to my account. He also said if don't send the BTC and they wouldn't do the reset from their end and after few time/days I could loss all my coin. At that point I said, since it will be return back to me, such reset should be done free without me paying any token. So I refused to pay (because I don't have) and decided to close the account and uninstall TT since it was only connected to me exchange account via API. But when rechecked I fund out that it was still under order tab, so I deleted the order and regain my Pink. I expected the admin to have told me this as a way out of the issue.
Hence, I will suggest that TT should make it free to correct or reset any account that have similar issue
