I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund.
The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.

Tabby why are you people allowing WINGIE to scam me your customer? How can you be operating in the UAE 🇦🇪 but operating with some company who's not in the UAE 🇦🇪 and using Canada🇨🇦 and Germany 🇩🇪 numbers and 2weeks now I'm trying to reach out to them through every means but to no avail, and charges keep increasing on my monthly installments I won't even recommend Wingie to my enemy with the stress they've taking me through past weeks and I will tell everyone on my platforms to stay away from Wingie and if Tabby do not resolve this minor problem but allowing the charges to increase trust me Tabby I will never pay...

Very disappointing experience with Tabby customer service. I’ve been trying for over a month to add my card to my digital wallet, and the issue is still not resolved. I contacted support multiple times but received no clear solution or proper follow-up. For a fintech company, this level of service is unacceptable. It’s time for new service providers to rise and set better standards for customer experience.

With a small service fee applied at the time of purchase, transactions could automatically be converted into installment plans with flexible repayment periods of up to 60 months. Such a feature could make Tabby stand out even more among installment and financing applications and provide users with greater flexibility in managing their purchases.

after all the proof, filling dispute form. they will never and no plan to refund. customer service will lie and keep on telling we are still waiting for their respond. will even say it is out of control of tabby it is depend on visa, what a stupid reply. my visa is tabby how come it will depend on visa an even out of control.
UPDATE AS OF APR 15, they refund my money after almost 2 month. still thankful

was surprised that Tabby reported my account after just one month of delay. There was no consideration for the emotional and mental stress many are facing due to the current tensions in the region. I hope Tabby shows more empathy and understanding toward customers during difficult times.

I used to think highly of this platform. But in early March 2026(when UAE people are very clearly going through a very difficult time), they changed their customer repayment policy based on which any repayment made via credit card would impose an additional charge of 1% regardless if you a Free member or a + member.
Now I m closing all dues to not use these guys any more because these guys are clearly unethical opportunists.

First time to open an account via the app. Upon registration I am unable to verify my device as the account already has a different user. I requested assistance several times and provided proof that the mobile number is mine and is linked to my Iqama no. However, customer service are still unable to help and kept passing me on to the next costumer service provider. It is mind blowing how they can't even understand their own system and app. Very disappointed!!!

Sharing a recent customer experience with Next International and Tabby.
I returned an order to Next International because some items arrived damaged and others were unwanted. I was advised that the goods would be refunded and that the delivery charge would also be refunded.
The refund for the goods was correctly adjusted in my Tabby account. However, the delivery charge refund was sent to a card linked to a bank account that has been closed for six months.
Trying to get a resolution for this has taken four hours of my time. I spoke with at least six agents at Next International and four agents at Tabby, with both not listening or trying to understand my query and both parties repeatedly directing me back to the other while confirming that the refund had been processed.
At one point I received a call from someone claiming to be from Next International from a UK number I did not recognise. The caller rang once I picked up the caller didn’t say anything, hung up and then called again. Once the caller did speak got my name wrong and laughed about it, which came across as unprofessional. The caller advised me that they were from Next international then offered to process a manual refund if I provided my bank account details over the phone. As there were no formal security checks and the call itself raised concerns, I declined and asked for confirmation via email. The caller continued to speak over me and did not listen to my request, which added to the frustration.
A manual refund was apparently possible, which suggests the issue was recognised, yet neither side could clearly trace or resolve the original delivery refund.
The outcome is that if I want my refund I have to contact the bank linked to an account that was closed six months ago in order to try to retrieve.
It’s disappointing because the items arrived damaged and I was initially advised to return them and reorder, which I would have happily done. The delivery fee itself isn’t the issue it’s the time spent and the principle of how situations like this are handled.
I hope Next International and Tabby review how situations like this are handled so that customers are not left navigating between two companies to resolve a simple refund.
