Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. This company makes it nearly impossible to cancel a reservation, and it feels completely intentional.
First of all, their email system is a mess. The addresses all look the same—whether it’s “no-reply” or “info,” they appear nearly identical (“tableall”), which makes it incredibly easy to send your request to the wrong place without realizing it. It’s a perfect setup for customer confusion—and conveniently works in their favor when you’re trying to cancel.
I simply replied to the email they originally contacted me from, as anyone reasonably would. But somehow that’s not acceptable? You explicitly say not to contact the restaurant and to go through you—yet you send messages from what appears to be a no-reply address that looks just like your other emails. That’s misleading at best, deceptive at worst.
And then there’s the cancellation policy—no full refunds if you cancel within TWO WEEKS? That’s completely outrageous. What kind of costs is a restaurant incurring that far in advance? Are they prepping the meals weeks ahead? It makes no sense and feels like a blatant cash grab. I only noticed this buried in the fine print after booking, which is exactly how they want it.
This whole setup feels designed to trap customers.
Absolute crooks. Shame on you.

Scam booking website

Scam booking website. The website appears to book exclusive restaurants in Japan on your behalf on a ridiculously marked up price, in addition to a non-refundable 8000¥ fee per person which they inform in the most subtle fine print. I requested a cancellation for a booking a month later, as I realised it could be cheaper elsewhere, however only found out then about the non-refundable booking fee. Regardless, I requested for a full cancellation of my booking given it was 30 days before the reservation date, which was confirmed by Tableall. It has been more than 1.5 months now, and I still haven’t received my cancellation refund, or any email responses from Tableall (I sent 5+ follow ups). I’m now more than 100000¥ short, and no restaurants booked.

Scam company

Scam company. The immediately charged my card when I put in request and despite attempts emailing them to cancel they use deceptive tactics to obstruct you from cancelling. In this instance, I was under the impression my reservations were canceled and eventually this scam company billed me the full amount for several meals I did not even attend. Please stay away from this shady and scam company.

Booking site charges exorbitant of $80 PER PERSON for booking fees

Site charges $80 per person of booking fees an exorbitant amount for a booking site. Despite the site saying it's a booking REQUEST not a booking confirmation. Booking request AUTOMATICALLY charges you the full fees including the price of the meal which is HIGHER of value compared to the restaurant prices.
Do not use them for any booking. They will withhold all the booking fees despite booking months in advance or event immediate cancellation for wrong booking.
Use your own Hotel Concierge to do any restaurant booking, they can book all the "hard to book" restaurant easy without any booking fees. Tableall is not legit, do not support or use them, though they claimed to be able to book any "hard to book" restaurant. They are only a shell company working off from Singapore. It's a money making company through a scam site that pretend to be exclusive and able to book exclusive places.
Tableall is a scam.
