We are a new company in ireland and we wanted to get something with our logo on it so we did some internet searches and they came up.
We decided to order a table cloth and an apron to start with we found the site very easy to use with plenty of help on it.
Once we placed our order we very quickly got a confirmation email and then the following day the print section sent us a proof of what our items would look like.
We confirmed our order and they had our items sent very quickly we got daily emails from the courier company letting us know it was on the way and we took delivery on the day they said it would be there.

Great customer service.
This was the second time I had ordered tablecloths from this company. One of the items on my most recent order didn't wash well, and when I queried this, I was immedietely offered a replacement set of tablecloth and napkins. This was delivered very quickly, and I am absolutely delighted with if. I would certainly order from Direct Linen again, and would recommend them to family and friends.

We have used Direct Linen in the past and were impressed by their quality of product for a custom made tablecloth.
We recently ordered a new set of tablecloth and WE made the mistake of not taking advantage of the free colour swatch service which I strongly urge you to use!
When the cloth arrived it was a slightly different shade to that which we wanted.
So I explained this to Akeel who immediately sent out a sample of all the colours available and we re-ordered.
Our new tablecloth arrived and it is perfect and the way the whole thing was handled by Akeel was fantastic.
I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Absolutely brilliant service!

We ordered a tablecloth with our logo on for an upcoming conference and from first contact up until receiving the product Direct Linen have been brilliant. We had issues with our logo, it wasn't the correct spec and Yamam and Farhad were so helpful in getting the image just perfect so that the final product was how we wanted.

Would 100% recommend!

I am so very pleased with the tablecloth - Direct Linen makes it so easy to custom make. The choice of colours and fabric is excellent and it is much cheaper than ready made tablecloths in the shops and online.

I will be buying another tablecloth again soon.

This is the second time I have purchased a table protector from Direct Linen and the quality of the product and customer service remains excellent. In ordered a bespoke size on Monday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday. The size and quality was perfect. Remarkable!
