Following a couple of emails, Roberta phoned to answer all my questions so I was able to order exactly the right size and shape of table protectors I needed.

I ordered a made to measure round table cloth and napkins. They are very good quality, a lovely bright colour and wash very well. I followed the guidance for the size and drop and have exactly what I want for a very reasonable price.The service was very good, I was informed of delivery time in advance and the goods arrived within the time stated. Fantastic products and I received brilliant customer service. Product arrived ahead of schedule via express delivery. Love the fact that tablecloths are made to measure and you have a choice of sizes for napkins etc. highly recommend.

We have a larger than usual table, wider than normal, so buying a cloth for it proved impossible. It was 10 days before Christmas so I'd really given up when I came across Direct Linen. I made my choice and submitted the order, saying it would be great to have the cloth for Christmas. I think that was on a Thursday. The cloth arrived the following Monday i.e. 4 days including a weekend. Exactly what I wanted, perfect fit, much admired by everyone who sees it. I now have 2 more in different colours and lots of napkins. Wouldn't use anyone else and have told all my friends.

I'm graphic designer and illustrator and I needed customized tablecloths for children's parties. I contacted three other companies and no one could fulfill my request. Finally, I found Direct Linen and the customer service was great! The communication was incredible!
Every single tablecloth arrived clean and there wasn't any strange odor. That is really important because now I can sell the tablecloths without any wash.

Really happy with my order of napkins. They have a large choice of fabrics on offer which enabled me to find exactly what I wanted. My items arrived promptly and are to a great standard. I will definitely be ordering more at some point.
