Item was meant to be delivered between 1-7 days. I got an email saying it was being delivered on the 6th day, so I waited in all day. It never came. After 12 days with no updates I contacted them as I needed the item for my holiday. They said it was lost and the could send another or refund me. That's fair enough but I am in the same situation I was 12 days ago . I wouldn't rely on you delivering another anyway. The fact that you only made me aware of the problem once I contacted you. Your service is unreliable

I purchased a Space Grey MacBook Air M1 display on July 3rd, having first confirmed with the seller that it was a genuine Apple part, and not a cheap chinese copy.

The display arrived on July 8th, but it was the wrong color.

I contacted the seller, who promptly sent a return label and arranged for a replacement.

The second display arrived shortly after. While it was the correct color, it turned out to be for a MacBook Pro - again, completely incompatible. Worse still, it was clearly a low-quality counterfeit, not the genuine Apple part that had been promised.

I reached out to the seller once more. There was no apology, only another return label.

After two incorrect shipments and no accountability, this was my worst eBay experience to date.
