Orderded a Logitech webcam for online lessons. I was confused after ordering by the 98% bad sales reviews, but after the promised 4days delivery time the webcams was handed over to Fedex. So within 4days from Hongkong to my door in the Netherlands. Well done. Hoop you keep up good business.

ordered a black leather case for a HTC 10 for the grand total of £23 which never arrived
in it's place i was sent the cheapest nastiest white case i have ever seen
don't bother with this place it's a total SCAM you will not get what you ordered and will never see your money again

they also trade under multiple different names / websites but it's the same scam artists working out of China

Ordered item (powerline adapter) was not working on arrival.
They sent me a 'replacement' but that turned out to be a totally different item than the one I ordered.
It's been 2 months since I ordered, and I can't get any response on my emails...

I ordered a LG Tone headset, the item that arrived is clearly a poorly made fake, no logo, wrong label, the buttons are not correct. It arrived with part of the accessories that it is supposed to come with in a plastic tray in a padded envelope. The price was about the same for this headset as it is elsewhere, I only ordered from this place because they had the color I wanted in stock. They did refund my money after I emailed them and sent pictures. It took a while to get my refund.

Got exactly what I ordered in the right amount of time. Great company.

Thought I ordered something quickly from Sweden but it turned out to be a scam with product being shipped from China with added delivery time, toll fees and so on. And also over-priced. Have not received the product and will not even bother collecting it (since it most likely also not an original product but a fake copy).

Obviously it is a fake company, don't order from them. The email for their customer support returned right away with a message, does not exist.

This company sent me a counterfeit case for a OnePlus 7 phone. I strongly strongly recommend you do not buy from them.

After 2 weeks i received the wrong phone case. immediately i contacted the customer service. They promised to resend the correct one to me. But i didn't received anything. After sending several e-mails the response is that i have to return the wrong phone case (by paying for the shipping costs myself) in order to get a refund. That means i have to pay up to €20 for their mistake. My advise, order somewhere else!

Wrong item received

After waiting for weeks to receive the product (should have been delivered in 5 days), I received the wrong item.

Never will do business again. It is a shame.

Ordered 21 August contacted for them full refund on 4 September 14 days after order as still showed in packing. Told me next day had been shipped would take further 14 days. Still shows as not shipped have raised PayPal dispute.
Unreliable will not buy again communication poor. Very bad experience cost me £42 and no goods!

Received a very poorly made fake iPhone case.

Realised phone case wouldn't arrive in time, seconds after purchasing it, tried to cancel it, company refused saying it had already dispstched! Tried cancelling PayPal payment, can't even do that! Customer service 0!! ...reading other reviews no doubt the case will be shocking too!,

I got sucked in too by their fake website. Received a case for my Galaxy tab s which was unbelievably bad quality - a bad fake! I have emailed them for a refund and they replied asking me to email a photo of the item (delaying tactics). I have replied so I'll see what happens from here.

1. Was promised that I won't be charged for a customs duty (via an email) but then I have to pay it in order to collect the product. Informed their customer service team and they were unhelpful.
2. Been using it for less than 2 weeks and started facing all kind off issue. The music usage/talk time usage battery should be10 hours, my other LG headphone for 16 hours but this cannot go for more than 5 hours. (Talk and music play time).
3. One side earplug has stopped working while the other goes off and on randomly.
4. It doesn't have a range as promised of 33 ft, it gets disconnected in 7 ft of range.
5. Sometimes when I m in front of my pc, it randomly disconnects and reconnects unless I reboot it.
6. The retractor of the earplug gets stuck.
I need help, I expected more from LG but this doesn't even look like an original LG. LG products are reliable and don't behave like this.
7. Also, my other LG box has a silver sticker which says original but this one doesn't have the same.
Conclusion: Will never purchase any product ever again from this website
The only good thing is that customer service responds to email in 12-24 hours (but they do).

Wrong color received, promised new one, never received and does not respond to emails anymore.

Bourght a Oneplus 6 bumpercase nylon and aOneplus 6 3D tempered glass screen protector.
The things was delivered within the promised time, but it was not what i ordered. Instead they send a poorly made case and poorly made glass. The glass was broken.
I contacted customer service, they said they have both the genuin and simili things. They promised they would send the right things. After 3 weeks they send me, not the genuine things, but a screen protector, not original. I contacted customer service and they would pay me my money back. 6 days later they put my money back on my card.
I think I will stick to one star.
Eventually it ended good, but it took 42 days to end.

Fake. Sent non-genuine Sony earphones and even got the colour wrong. Their customer service was very responsive and eventually I got a full refund but only after I threatened them with negative reviews as a Level 6 Google guide.

Fake products. Ordered an 'Incase' backpack. Fell apart after a few weeks, the company refused to refund me and instead just ignored my emails.
