Customer services is one of the worst that I have dealt with. Unable to contact them not answering their phone at all and limited reply with emails with unsatisfactory reply ☹️☹️☹️

Faulty equipment supplied and order not received ordered a month ago ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Prompt customer service when an issue became apparent. Answered my emails within the hour and products are as described and pictured as shown on their website. Cannot ask for more.

Ordered a crossbow kit with targets and extra bolts, order totaling a few hundred pounds.

It arrived within a week, the tracking number was incorrect despite assurance I was to receive 1-2 working days tracked delivery. Turned up with no warning or tracking or out for delivery anything like that.

Putting the item together the first bolt on the underside of the stock.. it's thread wasn't drilled properly could even get the screw in more than a turn and half. Allen key head round very easily, instructions aren't very clear also.

I contacted by email back and forth with two different people, there replies weren't helpful and filled with false promise and assurances.
Would be lucky to get a reply every couple of days, kept mentioning a replacement part be sent out, this was three weeks ago and is still ongoing.

Extremely bad service any mention of return was overlooked and ignored. Won't recommend to anyone and have a few hundred pounds worth of kit sitting there gathering dust.
I have tried calling the number on the website just keeps ringing endlessly until voicemail, which has no room for messages.

Honestly with the service I have received or rather haven't I am surprised at any good reviews on the website or trustpilot.

Lost for words and left out of pocket, hope they get there act together and sort it out, absolutely ridiculous!!

Scam company I placed an order 7 days ago with next day shipping. haven’t received my item, or a shipping number. I sent an email and was told it would be with me in 1-2 days but still hasn’t arrived. They then proceeded to remove my order on my online account so I now can’t access the shipping ID. Very unhappy do not waste your money with these people.

Started looking at crossbows a few weeks ago and found the Tactical Archery page.

Originally picked a different high end crossbow but after speaking to Harry he recommended a crossbow package that would be better for me and was half the price. Some places would just sell you the most exspensive one.

Have since bought 2 Ek archery Adder crossbows and accessories and the help from Harry and Brad has been second to none.

Shipping is quick and well packaged. Highly recommended

After ordering a present my order came through scraped and really damaged due to the courier service EVRI.

Harry from tactical archery was quick to solve the problem. Sending me through a replacement order. Excellent communication, quick response and quality service from tactical archery!

I had a trip planned for a set date. After being let down by UK Prepping Shop, despite next day delivery and my order being locked at Processing, I tried Tactical Archery. I ordered on Wednesday night and the parcel arrived around 9am on Friday, in time for my trip. Meanwhile, my UK Prepping Shop order was still locked at Processing with no communication from the owner.

All items delivered. ID process better than other stores - upload to user profile instead of emailing it directly.

If you’re looking for anything archery related this is your site. Cheapest I could find. Slight blip on the delivery but was dealt with instantly. Bought some pistol crossbows aluminium and the quality is to notch. Going to order some larger ones. Cheers.

I've recently made my first purchase from Tactical Archery, the price was excellent and the Anglo Arms item that I bough was £15 cheaper than the next cheapest retailer. The method of uploading my ID was very easy and the tracking updates and delivery time were very good, too.

I have placed my second order with them this morning and already received my first tracking update.

Worst customer service ever. They do not reply to emails.

Placed an order Thursday evening, the item was shipped on Friday morning. It was a crossbow, had to send them the ID document - they provide dedicated portal to safely upload a document, everything was done in the matter of minutes.

100% recommend, professional, responsive and solid company which just gets the job done! Definitely coming back for some upgrades and supplies!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. As a 1st time buyer from them, and getting used to a new phone i made my order on a Thursday evening and received it Monday teatime. Just as I was Emailing them for an update I heard a knock on my door. So I will be going back. And advising others to do the same. Thank you.

Ordered from this company quite late in the day. within 5 minutes received an email regarding id, sent that, within another 5 min received a tracking number and received my goods the next day. Brilliant, can't beat that. Will use them again

Having placed an order and paying next day delivery it never materialised. Trying to get response from them is near impossible. On getting response they said a refund of postage would be given but nothing yet. They have told me that there has been an issue with dpd receiving the order. On contacting dpd they tell me they are waiting for the package. I eventually got a reply saying that it was being sent out to dpd and to check tracking later that day. 24 hrs later dpd has still not received the package, one of them is lying. Customer service support is the worst ive ever come across use this company at your peril.

Don’t know why everyone is calling these lads scammers bought many items from them and everyone been spot on, they aren’t scammers and the work they do is good I get replies every time I email too, big up to the Gs at Tactical Archery🤝❤️

Ordered a new target bag last Friday, fast delivery via Parcelforce, great quality and exactly as described - really pleased with everything - recommended!

Had a few dealings with tactical archery and there superb ! Cut above the rest ! My crossbow magazine broke I purchased off them and they sent a replacement as soon as they could get hold of one . I've had many dealings with other archery companies and there clowns compared to tactical archery with there customer service , would give them six stars if I could
