I let my batteries die on my shelf and couldn’t open it due to the age of the unit. I called and the team was very helpful and attentive. Very responsive and live their follow up calls and email.

Shipping was quick, and the item arrived in perfect condition, looks amazing and it operates as advertised - I love that it simply looks like another shelf on the wall, nothing about it says "I'm have a hidden boom-stick and I strongly suggest you leave quickly and peacefully" ....love it!

First order through Tactical Traps. The unit arrived broken and the customer service team sent a replacement unit. It shipped fast and the new unit works as advertised, looks great on my wall, and gets loads of complements. I'll be ordering again in the near future. Thank you!

It fell apart with a small handgun, now the replacement won't open. The battery backup is not the issue, they want me to drill holes in it now.. junk times 2

The strap broke on the RECON WATCH I had purchased . I sent an email with pictures of my watch , within a week a new watch was at the house .

After going back and forth. I finally decided to give them a try. I am a big gun collector and love shooting. I decided to just get a small size shelf for my den wall to test there products. I ordered midnight black to match my other shelves which are the resting place of my past best friends (dog’s). The ordering process went well but when I received my order, the shipping box said walnut brown. I figured it was just a box they use for shipping. I was wrong. The shelf is dark brown which they say is there version of midnight black. It looks nothing like what they are selling on there site and no color stain chart looks nothing like it. I tried explaining but was basically told if I wanted what I paid for I would have to ship it back at my expense to fix. No way that’s happening. For half the shipping charge I can buy a can of minwax midnight black and do it myself. Not a happy customer and won’t be using them or recommending them to anyone.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Great product and great customer service. Really can't say enough about how impressed I've been with them since purchasing.

They deliver on time, very quick for what you order, if your order will be late they communicate with you well, and all of their products are extremely well made.

I purchased the long gun shelf and converted it to my pistol hide away
I needed to get into the shelf and called the main office. The young lady was very knowledgeable and had the shelve open in minutes. She took the time to explain other options that weren’t there 4 years ago. Again friendly people will to get thing right.

I ordered the Patriot shelf, it came broken. I have been calling them for assistance for over a week. There customer is only open 4 hours a day and they have not been able to help when I did finally get a hold of them twice. The idea is great but the latch is cheap plastic and does not line up or stay closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
After the review they have now sent me a video on how to fix it myself. I shouldn’t have to fix something i just bought… take it back and send me a new one in proper working order. Better yet, give me my money back!

Should have looked at more reviews before I ordered. First shelf failed to open and the customer service runaround was hilarious. Filmed myself attempting to open as if I didn't read and watch several videos. Really don't trust the shelf to open and refused a refund. Did get an upgrade, which appears to work but not trusting the shelf to keep my guns hidden.

I called with the need for help on my wall mounted unit and the person I spoke with was wonderful in helping me with my problems and in ordering parts. This company is super and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in their products.

I am absolutely thrilled with this company and their product. Every interaction I've had with their team has been incredibly helpful and supportive, especially when I encountered difficulties setting up my Tactical Traps shelf unit. Though the process was challenging, Lisa went above and beyond by spending 50 minutes on the phone attempting to guide me through it multiple times. Despite our efforts not yielding immediate results during our call, I was able to successfully get the unit operational right after we hung up. I am truly grateful for Lisa's unwavering patience and assistance! For anyone considering purchasing this fantastic product, I highly recommend having the company program all of the key cards before shipping to streamline the setup process.

These people have helped me restore and put back in use two tactical shelves (6 yrs old)that had been rendered useless by the batteries being drained. Even offered me a discounted price on the parts needed to get them back working.
