My backup battery pack was not working…

My backup battery pack was not working so I ordered a new one from tactical traps with they fulfilled. It worked to open my tactical shelf and I was back in business!!

Mirror trap is garbage

I ordered a mirror over a year ago and it still does not work. I have been trying to work with the company and they keep giving me the standard answers. The latch does not work and has never worked and is the cheapest latch I have ever seen. It is supposed to open with a magnet but it never latches. The frame of this very heavy mirror frame is also split where they installed a hinge. I had an appointment for a phone call and theynever called me. I will never buy from them again. The shelf I bought years ago was great but this mirror is a piece of garbage.

Delayed Christmas present…

Ordered one as a Christmas present for my son. Few days later I decided to order one for myself. Because I ordered late, the first one was delivered 2 weeks after Christmas. Ghosting is not customer service

I ordered a gun shelf years ago. when it arrived, I was so excited and installed it. After install I couldn't get it to open. I contacted the company serval times and only got an automated response on "How to fix it" myself. They never responded and continue to flood my email with marketing materials to buy more. Why in the world would I buy anything else from a faulty company. I get that sometimes things have a faulty part but at least answer your clients when they are trying to get your product to function. I've had an expensive dust collector gun shelf for years still to avail and my gun now sits in a biosafe that is not concealing at all. I've asked them to stop sending me emails or to reach out and either exchange or return the shelf. No answers.

WE DON’T RENT PIGS!

My only complaint is that I’ve purchased too many of their products and don’t have enough places to use them but that’s my fault. I’ve had a good experience across the board. I agree that the BT tech is probably not situationally the best if you expect to be in family room shootouts often, but hey, if you’re not strappin’ for those special occasions, you’re just not committed in my book. Anyway, love the products and in the cases I needed support, they came through exceeding my expectation.

Poor design

The product would not work first of all, and the mounting system needs to be redesigned altogether to hold the weight of the shelf and its contents.
The company finally responded, sending instructions on how to use a magnet. The product doesn't work, and I didn't buy something I either need to repair or find an alternate way to use - looks like the credit card company will be getting a claim on this one.

Customer service..a key factor!

We purchased 4 items this past year 2024. 2 were shipped fine, 2 came damaged (via shipping damage) Their customer service was a great experience. They contacted me and kept me posted while they were working on the two replacements. That made all the difference! Communication is a key factor in any line of business and they kept their word! Thank you again for being honest and taking care of my issues!

Bree was great to work with

Bree was great to work with. I have previously ordered twice and used the Patriot 35 Compact with RFID card reader. This time I forgot to include the RFID card reader in my order. Bree was great to work with to return my wrong order and to get the unit with the card reader.

I am so happy!!

I am so happy I ordered this and did not expect it to be here by Valentine’s Day. After sending them a email they prioritized it for me and I received it within four days. It is very well made & my husband & I both loved it. It’s the perfect for our bedroom. Why keep your guns in the safe if you should need to defend yourself or loved ones.

One happy customer

I purchased 2 hidden compartment shelves. One for pistols and one for a rifle. But first I have to say I was surprised by the quality of these shelves. They are better than what I was expecting. They do take about 3 weeks to arrive but they are absolutely worth the wait!! The customer service is top notch. No fault of the company, one shelf arrived with corner damage. We did a report to UPS and just 2 days later I got an email my new shelf just shipped! You can't go wrong ordering these shelves. Beautiful craftsmanship and work flawlessly.

Just Received the Patriot 35 & The…Freedom 52

Just Received the Patriot 35 & The Freedom 52 Tactical Trap shelf's...Quality Excellent...Worth the Money for sure...I priced everything, and couldn't build them that cheap...// The only problem was how ROUGH UPS was on my Freedom 52...The whole corner of the BOX HAD BEEN CRUSHED...// It was definitely not Tactical Traps fault...// I'll be buying again...//

Just awful all the way around…

The replacement parts are worse than the original ones. I’ve had rfid locks malfunction on two of their shelves. Bought manual replacements from them and they are cheap plastic. Payed way too much for another rfid lock and big surprise that malfunctioned too.

You’re better off with a lock box in a drawer that these things.

When you need to get in them they don’t work and when you don’t they draw attention.

Won’t be wasting any more money with these guys.

Oh and no matter how many times you unsubscribe they keep sending you spam trying to sell you more of their junk

Wine opener

The wine opener doesn’t fit some bottles and I used it about five times and it broke. What a disappointment! My wife, a retired police officer lived it when I gave it to her, but I was very embarrassed when it broke so quickly.

GREAT SHELF!

GREAT SHELF!! Well built.Very sturdy mounting. Looks great with other 'fixtures'. I chose unfinished and stained myself. Shoulda got one done!! But the unfinished came out great. Customer service was FANTASTIC. I had lots of questions they answered and made my decision easy. Fast response to questions on install. Came complete with all needed to mount. GREAT PRICE for a concealment piece. Looks great,modern design. It would go in any setting. Thanks TT for great service that went above and beyond!

2nd purchase from company

2nd purchase from company. I bought The Guardian Tactical Frame,it does close but not completly it gaps on one side in the back. It still locks so far. Just disappointed in the construction of the frame, looks like it is slightly warped. Anyway I hung it on the wall. But you need to have a better quality control system before you send out your project
