This was my first transaction with this online store. The prices seemed too good to be true. Granted they are not brand name items, but online reviews were favorable. To my surprise the shipping was fast and the products were exactly as described. It’s only been a month, but I am happy with my purchase. I would buy from them again.

Very fast shipping. Backpack arrived in3 days. Is by far the best backpack I've ever had, and is replacing a 10 year old one I had stolen.....

Pin that holds sight in up or down position on my front flip up sight broke. This has been reported by other Amazon purchasers. Rarely used them as I have a red dot on there I use. "Lifetime warranty", touted on Amazon at time I purchased and played into my decision to buy them, was not honored. Reason stated; "the product was unfortunately outside of its warranty coverage". A "lifetime warranty" is only as good as the company that gives it. See my one star review on Amazon for pics of the fail prone part.

Customer Service was helpful and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. High level of respect for customers and knowledge of product.

Haven't gotten shot yet, so I can't rate the plates. The plate carriers are pretty good in general, but are VERY good for their price. Shipping times can be slow when there is a sale but asides from that, the service is quick and customer support is friendly.

Prices are awesome! But communication and customer service are some of the best things about Tacticon. Highly recommend!!

Tacticon goes above and beyond in customer service from warranty claim to a bonehead user(myself) stripping a bolt and them sending me a new one (free of charge).

I purchase 3 Predator V2 sights for my pistol caliber carbines. Two sights worked great but I could not get the third one to zero. I advised Tacticon of the problem and once they had verified legit purchase they warranteed the product with no problem. This kind of customer service gives me the confidence to buy from these guys again and again.

Great experience - Nikki did a great job! The company responded to my request for service and Nikki did a great job helping me replace parts that were under warranty while also fixing my compressor. She made great recommendations regarding insulation as well. Highly reccomend!

I found these guys on YouTube, found out they made products, also found out they are quality products for a good price, what’s priceless is the costumer service, had an issue with a product do to my fault and they helped me out anyway. I will be buying from them in the future. Thanks tacticon!
