I’m rather surprised by the negative reviews here. I ordered several weeks before Christmas and the website was clear about lead time (several weeks for custom). A few days later my Gmail started suggesting the package was shipped already. I took a screenshot and sent it to the seller and asked if it was correct. It was not. Turns out AI was coming up with the incorrect shipping information. The original expectation set by the website was correct. Not sure if some of these reviewers did not read this information? The collar I ordered is 1.5 inch with cobra buckle, name & number embroidered on, a handle and a small pirate flag I thought was fun. I love the collar and it fits my dog well.

Ordered a collar and received it Sept 28th 2025 for my corso because these are supposed to be military tough. Approximately 32 days later i contacted tactipup as i realized the collars stitchting was coming undone. Tactioup refused to fix the collar and wanted to charge me 60 bucks for a new collar resuing the hardware from the collar. They tried saying my dog must have gotten hooked to something which tore the thread. Putting the same picture into chatgpt that i sent to tactipup while tellingchatgpt the date i bpught the collar it even said this is manufacturing defects. So Tactipup products are more cheaper then the dollar toys you buy from the store. Its a worthless collar that might be ok for small dogs that arent playful or active but for a real dog doing real dog thins this collar is the worst on the market.

I was pretty surprised to see negative reviews for this company and I felt compelled to write this favorable one. Happy customers seldom post positive reviews while unhappy ones are not hesitant to post. Great customer service and high quality product.

This is my second purchase from Tactipup and I couldn't be happier! With a large black lab mix, I was tired of the narrow and skinny collars usually found on the shelf. I searched and found this one with 1.5" and 2" collars and nice hardware for latching the collar onto my pup Dolly's neck. Substantial collars and well-manufactured. They personalize at your option ("DOLLY") and I even added an American Flag velcro patch that works so well that my wife didn't even know it was velcroed on there for two years!

When I had a color choice problem, the email for customer service was readily available and I got a response wihin 24 hours that resolved my issue permanently and fairly -- leaving both of us on either side of the transaction happy.

Great company, attentive customer service and would buy from them a third time in a New York minute. Loved the product, durable and nice thick collar material with a well made latch for the collar.

Horrible customer service! Do not order from here I’ll be returning if I ever get it shipped

I would give this company a negative rating if possible. After reading the poor reviews on here, I'm not surprised at my experience. I never received my order. I sent Tactipup an email with the USPS notification that it has not been delivered. Tactipup has argued with me and told me that I have the leash. I have no leash and I'm out the $69.00. I will have to go to my bank and file a fraud report to get my money back. This is a very dishonest company. Buyer beware!

A lot of build up for this Halloween product. I was even by this company added to a chat. 5 minutes into it's release it product sold out. When I questioned why so fast after all the hype I was kicked out of chat. I guess bad for business. If this is how your company does business it's garbage. Don't promise and advertise something you can't deliver. That's trash. I'll be putting this review on google and other available sites you can't just delete for your overpriced products you can't deliver and spammed me with.

Purchased a secound collar becaus my dog outgrew first collar. So i was already invested in this company the 2nd collar i ordered was exactly the same as first but more expensive because it was a larger collar no problem paying more but i ordered (2) extra items (Velcro flag) and (Velcro Fu*k around and find out) the first collar came with both velcro's attached to the collar. The 2nd larger collar came with the flag velcro attached but the other velcro Fuc* around and find out came in package but not velcro to collar in fact no velcro on collar eccept the small area were flag is. I responded to company as soon as package was opened and they replied i would have to pay more money including shipping back and forth to them to make it rite. I only buy made in America products because generally American Made Business stand behind their merch. I feal slited and will not recomend this company to anyone!

Collar looks great. Works horrible. If the clasp gets wet then it starts to stick and will not close properly. This puts your dog at great risk. Customer service was no help. Look elsewhere for a collar.

That is a horrible company, what denies that I called. It went even so far, that they disconnected there phone line, so they can say we don't have a phone. I know I called, because I wanted to assure that I get exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they still messed it up and now they want to refund me. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Don't bother or waste your money on this company.
