basicaly reason why is that delivery was too long for country not that far away, also UPS is kinda shit they do customs via agency, I could not do it myself but pay extra 40eur to agency on top of all other. So customs cost me a lot more than 40 % on what i pay to you, and since I had two orders on first one VAT was transferred, and on second you charged me VAT for some reason and I had to pay it in Croatia again on customs import or do a ton of paperwork so my order would arrive for Christmas... Still waiting for second order to arrive.. Maybe since you are not EU you should not accept order from other countries..

Thanks for the review, but let's set the record straight on your issues — most aren't on us.
Delivery: Order received Sept 14 (Sunday), shipped 17th after export checks. UPS hit Croatian customs in 5 business days (22nd, minor sortation delay aside). Local carrier botched the handover — tracking stalled. That's Croatia's infrastructure issue, not UPS or ours.
VAT/Customs: We charge it once at checkout per EU rules — no double taxation should occur. Extra 40 EUR fees sound like a carrier error; reach out with details so we can claim a refund.
Second order: Delivered. You paid no VAT to us, due to order amount. You *should* be charged VAT upon import.
We ship EU-wide fine for most. If it's not your vibe or you dont like reading T&Cs, cool. Drop order #s to post@tactx.no if you want actual help.
Edit: The 2-stars dont belong to us. Keep them.

I have been waiting for the ordered goods for 47 days, although I paid the money on the day of the order. I still have not received the goods to this day. No one answers my emails, does not provide any information about my order. Complete disappointment.

liked the diversity and quality of the items. The ease of use of the site.
Disliked: the cost of delivery.... I don't know why but my first shipment cost to Israel was very good and made the buy worth. But subsequent shipments were twice the cost, making buying at this site not worthy.

Recently, we had to adjust our international Postal/EMS rates. International shipping costs can be tricky to estimate due to variables like weight and volume. To simplify things, we've implemented a flat rate of approximately $13 USD for orders up to 2 kg.
This system ensures better value for larger orders, although it may seem high for smaller, low-cost items. Overall, the average shipping cost per customer balances out and, in many cases, is even lower than before.
