My only problem, I wish I had orderd more

I ordered a 1k bag of taffies (where you choose15 flavours) to be delivered to my American daughter in law for her birthday. I ordered on the Wednesday before her birthday on the Saturday. They arrived on time and she likes them. Great result.

I ordered three 1kg bags of taffy and paid £9.99 for postage, I only received one bag delivered by royal mail with a tracking number and the invoice said 3 of 3,
Thinking my other 2 bags had just been delayed I waited a couple of days but when I didn’t received them I emailed Taffytown , instead of explaining where my goods where they just said they would refund the price of the 2 bags , they didn’t tell me the tracking number for the other parcel which to my mind means they never sent it in the first place , if I had known I would only receive I bag I would never have ordered it when the postage was nearly as much as the sweets .
They were also Christmas presents so would have appreciated them being honest .

My wife and I bought Taffy Town from the stall at the Collectormania conference in Milton Keynes earlier this month. We were intrigued by the various flavours.

The sweets were soft to touch, which suggested they were chewable. We ordered the MOQ which I think was 14.

My wife only ate 2, she enjoyed the flavours but found it off putting that part of the sweet was sticking to the wrapper, so she passed them to me.

Over 2 weeks I've polished them off but found the later ones had more sweet stuck to the wrapper. It looks like they had melted.

If you want to try multi flavoured sweets best stick to Jelly Beans

Family run business, and you can tell. I cannot believe the email I received from "carol" after I emailed them asking them why they raised their prices on their taffytown.co.uk website. They used to sell 1kg bags of taffy for £12.95, but they've recently raised this by £1, and they've also raised their shipping fees. I also noticed that they have an ebay shop, under the name of taffy world, instead of taffytown, and on ebay, they charge a staggering £24.95 for a 1kg bag of taffy - nearly DOUBLE what they charge on their own website, so they are robbing people blind. anyway, i mentioned this in my email, and they quickly came back with a personal attack, saying to me "You obviously have no idea how much eBay, etsy, ect charge us
Hope you don't get a shock when your electric bill comes in"
Now, that was just plain rude.
But these are the sort of people who run taffytown.co.uk.
Also, I previously ordered taffy from them, and I ordered a lot of peppermint flavoured taffy, and when I received it, you couldn't even taste the peppermint in the taffy. I had also emailed them about this at the time, and I was polite, and they just blatantly denied that their peppermint taffy lacked peppermint flavour.
If you want my advice, it's best to avoid this company because clearly, they are not honest sellers, and from the email I got off them, not very nice people, either
