What an absolutely awful company to deal with !!!!! I have only given them a one star review as Trustpilot does not give you the option for zero stars !!! I ordered four pairs of winter socks from this shamble of an outfit on the 22nd Jan and was expecting them to be delivered on the 26th Jan, we are now on the 2nd Feb and still no sign of my goods.
I have sent three emails and they have not even had the decency to reply to any of them, also I have left two voicemails and surprise surprise they have not even bothered to ring back on these occasions !!!!
Unfortunately Trustpilot won't allow you to voice your true feelings in words to reflect the ineptitude and inefficiency of this so called business.
I would whole-heartedly not recommend them to anyone and would advise you avoid them like a case of bubonic plague !!!!!
So in summing up you can read between the lines to glean my true feelings of my dealings with this shower of ****

Placed an order and paid on 20/11 and now 11/12. Have not heard a peep from them since my confirmation email despite sending follow up mails and calls and will now be reporting this site as fraudulent and seeing if I can get a refund from our bank for our charity.

Purchased the Hendon Tripod Ladder. Lightweight and very secure on uneven ground. Works well on concrete ramp.
