I ordered and paid for 4 android round tags that do F-all

I ordered and paid for 4 android round tags. The tags I received were shipped from China and look totally different to the ones pictured on the website. They were advertised as working with Google's FindMyDevice. They do not. The app they connect to is iSearching. The tags they sent me just beep when they get too far from my phone. Their GPS location just shows my current location. They don't report a proper lost history. They are not fit for purpose. I will not be a repeat customer.
