The customer support was excellent. They ensured I was getting what I needed and they were helpful when I had questions during the process. I purchased a 1992 ford 300 inline 6 and the engine itself looks decent, but I do think they could taken more care to not damage some of the components. For example there is a soft metal gasket peice on the flange that connects the engine to the transmission and its been bent and folded, now I have to take the big ring gear off just to replace the metal gasket. The oil filter is all mangled and gave me concerns that the threads to put on a new one would be damaged. There are other small examples and with the warrenty only lasting 3 months, I might not even have the engine in by then, so that doesnt protect me if there are more damages. Otherwise the engine looks as I expected and the process was simple. Steve was very helpful on the phone as I went through the purchase process.

The employees were very helpful especially sandy and Jaden even after the sale was made, they were there for me and kept up with my equipment purchases to make sure it’s good and have no problems at all but I explained to them we were close for a week due to the weather and they still insisted on calling back to insure the sales and I as a customer you can count on me coming back to there establishments

I searched all around my local area to try to find a used motor to put in my rusty 200k mile 2014 Silverado 1500 and all I could find was an expensive motor with extremely high mileage. I went online and found Tagore Auto Parts, they were extremely eager and anxious to help. Ed Roger and his crew found me a GREAT priced engine with 92,000 miles on it. I installed it and couldn’t be any happier! It runs better than the original engine I had in the truck when I originally bought with 90,000 miles on it. Any question that I had they did their best to give me an answer and were very helpful. If I ever need an engine for any other vehicle they will be the first people I call. Thank you for all your help!
