Started out “ok” with the exception that you are lead to believe you’re dealing with a local salvage yard. Instead you’re dealing with a third party supplier and none of the folks you talk to speak good English. Still I placed the order for my son using a business credit card. The first charge to get the motor ready to ship went without issues. A few days later they called my son and wanted S.S.number and other what they claimed was security numbers off the card. They claimed it was the card company asking for the information. My son called the card company to find out not only was that not true but that the card company suspected fraud based on the information they(Tagore auto parts) was asking for. After 30 minutes on the phone with three different people trying to cancel order for a refund. I was forced to file a fraud claim with the credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Jeff Hardy was awesome. He found me a motor and got it shipped asap. Great communication.

Total scam, charged me an extra $500, then used my card to purchase another engine which was $1500,
do yourself a favor and don't deal with this company. it's much easier to call around local wrecking yards.

Add me to the list of suckers. They advertised a good engine, sent me a bad engine, and I had to return it. By the time it was all done, it cost me $1100 in shipping and handling. Don’t walk, run from this deceitful, dishonest company.

Not a good place to do business. Their products are not what they advertise and they do not have their own parts they are just a middle man. Buy from a credited place that has their own parts. This place is just a middle man at best. Good luck getting a refund too. I'm goin thru hell tryn to get refund on a bad motor they sent me. This motor looked like it's been sitting in a water hole for years. Never again will I buy anything from this place

Stay away they are a scam. They sold me a motor that was suppose to have 44,000 miles and ready to plug in which is was not. They then used my credit card without my permission to pay for the motor from another company. Luckily when the motor arrived it was damage from improper shipping from the seller. The motor in fact had 88,000 miles on it which they knew because I got their invoice from the other company. A month later and I still haven’t gotten my money back. They are scammers and I have the proof. It’s sad that we live in a nation where responsible companies are no longer a thing. The best is they yell at me saying I’m wrong for asking for my money back. And I should be lucky if they give me anything. Stay away from Tagore they are all liars, thieves and scammers. Their response is AI generated. I have contacted them with nothing being done

I recently ordered a motor from Tagore Auto Parts and the experience was smooth. The engine arrived on time and in great condition. Their customer service kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciate. Sandy in particular was very helpful.

The transmission catastrophically failed within a few days after installation.

I will not lie I was very weary of doing business with a company so far away from me, states away. But the customer service and clear communication with Aiden my sales representative was so good I decided to give it a try. I ordered the transmission and received continuous communication throughout the process. The transmission was received well protected at the dealership and just go put in my vehicle. Aiden called for a followup checking on how the transmission was working and I was happy to report that as of right now it seems to be working as it should. He reminded me that if for some reason it stops meeting standards that my purchase had a 90 day warranty from the day it is installed on the vehicle and to just reach out with any issues. Hands down one of the smoothest purchases I have made. I plan to use them again for a purchase for a different car in the future.

Tagore promised if I dropped transmission at a salvage yard they designated, they'd refund $199 core charge. Now they refuse. They want me to sell it locally. I have the voice recording where the agent promised that.
