5 Pups 1 Christmas photo
Ordered Bandanas for the 5 pups in our house for Christmas photos. We ordered early being unsure of lead time and unsure with being a new company we were shopping with. Received them within a couple days and were impressed with the quality. Christmas photos turned out great even though it took ALOT of bribery from us to get them to sit still and look at the camera. Will definitely be keeping an eye out on new styles and purchasing again

I’ve been buying their collars for now about four years. They are great. I have multiple colors for both of my dalmatians. pretty much every season and customer service is wonderful. People are great to deal with if you need help.

Your expedited shipping is misleading. No where does it say 1 to 2 days after shipped.Placed my order 12/5 ,your site said it was manufactured 12/6 , label made and shipped 12/9. We are up to 4 days.Fed Ex says delivery date 12/12.I'm not a math genius but this is way longer than 1 to 3 days. I am very disappointed in your company because I love your product.

Awful customer service
I ordered a collar for my dog, and when it arrived, it was too small. Turns out, different widths have different sizing. This is all fine, but dealing with their customer service was an awful experience. The representative was rude and condescending, and the most they would offer me was a credit toward half the cost of a replacement collar - I was still going to be on the hook for half the cost + shipping. The alternative was that I send the collar back for a full refund but I would still have to pay to ship the collar back, and I was essentially told that if they deemed any damage had been done to the collar, they would not be giving me a refund - so why would I pay to ship (from Texas to Canada) to potentially not even get my money back? Overall, worst customer service experience ever. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.
Originally purchased an item from them due to the great sounding warranty and my daughter liked the fun prints for our puppy. The items came after weeks of delays only to fray and fall apart in a week. Upon reaching out was told they had sourced new materials and to let them send a replacement. If still not happy reach out again for a full refund. I agreed.
However this replacement was delayed weeks, that turned into months before it finally arrived and turned out it was the exact same item, material and all. Not surprisingly it fell apart within a week like the first.
Reached out again to request my refund as promised, only to have them say they would not refund me as it had been over 30 days. I said that’s not what I was told, and was due to their delays and no part on my end as I had literally just received the item that week. Was then told I should pay $10 for a replacement down the road. Not happy but having paid already for a functioning product I still had not received, agreed. Only to have the replacement canceled as the print was discontinued and then told to pick a different print. My daughter did, I reached back out to have this sent and told by a different worker no they cannot do that I was miss informed, and can only swap same for same.
After a lot of back and forth over literally a year now, was finally told we can get a $60 store credit that later was increased to a $65 credit for the inconvenience. Told this was agreeable and just as good as a refund by their customer service. Only it was not as I would not spend my money with them again and this credit gave me no choice but too.
I had no desire to pay anymore to this company so waited, watching for a sale, discounted shipping etc. to close this horrible experience.
This leads me to this weekend when my daughter picked something, that was on sale and it qualified for free shipping. Perfect, done.
But no, the code they gave me was not for $65 as agreed, but $55 and had to pay again on top. Now after days of excuses saying it was a typo, even though was emailed the amounts by two different workers. Then they say I had already received a refund (which I did not), to then back to how it was a miss calculation/typo and sorry but what they offered as a resolution they will not be honouring.
So once again TagsforHope failed to do what they had said would do, by multiple customer service people, a team lead and now a manager. Then they ask me how can we solve this for you? 😂
Charity or not there are better ways to help our communities then by purchasing items here. I wanted to love this company, their statement etc., but ultimately leave disappointed. Didn’t need to be this way and was 100% their customer service and failure to follow through on their word. Even if the warranty was as easy as they say, given my experience I could not in good conscience buy from them knowing I’d have to ship back and forth for replacements that don’t last long to begin with.

Convenient detailing of events TfH. Don’t leave out as I stated with you, each of those “actions” were done in response to you not following through on what I was told would be the solution prior to it.
If given the refund I was originally assured when the replacement also failed with in a week this would all be done. However In your words it took 6 months for that to come. Then told it had been too long to refund, even though when I agreed to the replacement your customer service said it wouldn’t be an issue if quality wasn’t better. The delay is 100% on you.
A year ago I didn’t casually attempt to replace it again how you try and make it seem. After the above incident and failure after waiting 6 months. With no confidence in your current product and you still refusing to honour the original refund. I was told again by your customer service at that time that I should reach out later and would send out new items as had paid for something I’d still not received. As already highlighted above, this again was not honoured, made difficult even after agreeing to pay a $10 fee, which then get’s turned into a $65 credit.
Now present time this is actually what happened. We found a print she likes, hoping things had changed, go to use code and the credit was not the $65 as confirmed by multiple people on your team. Again the resolution I was given by your team leader was NOT what I received. So reached out to request that $10 of the extra I was just billed to my credit card be credited back.
This is a new charge that can be adjusted and as a customer who did not receive what I was told, am not in the wrong to request that.
I did not reach out for an increase in my credit, I reached out asking why it wasn’t what your Team leader said it would be. Big diff.
Nothing Tags for Hope has said would do over this time, have you actually followed through on.
That is why I left a 👎🏻 review.

I would not recommend Tags for Hope. The material is cheap polyester that the designs are sublimated on. The edges are sent out raw not closed in so since it is a polyester fabric it will continue to fray and come apart at the sides as friction is applied. I've been a seamstress for awhile so I was completely taken aback when I ordered at the low quality material used and the low quality finishing. I have ordered similar things from other small brands and been very happy so I'm so disappointed this one was a complete disappointment. I tried to communicate with customer service and it was up to me and my dime to send to the faulty product back. So not a company or a product I would ever suggest supporting.

I LOVE TAGSFORHOPE!!! From order time to time of delivery took a little while, but it was SO worth it!! This is the best quality collar and leash I have ever had. Super sturdy, beautifully made, great safety features, and super cute!! I would 100% recommend & I will definitely be purchasing again!! I REALLY WISH THEY OFFERED MATCHING POOP BAG HOLDERS!

Haven’t received my order yet
Haven’t received my order yet. I was told 1-2 day shipping and it’s been a week! Super cute products for your pup don’t get me wrong, but if you need them in a pinch this isn’t the place to go. It has said “your order is being manufactured” since I ordered. I wouldn’t have ordered as I needed them by a certain time.
Update: Order # is 916167 that’s what was provided to me!! It has been 9 days today actually. I placed my order September 24th.
Update pt2: my order arrived quickly after speaking with customer service! Understandably they are experiencing higher than normal order volume, so of course things are gonna move a little slower. On top of that after I received my order (everything was well made, luxurious feeling and just beautiful) I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I again contacted customer service to see if they allow you to exchange your items, and to my surprise they sent us a different size free of charge! All items are under an amazing warranty, the best I’ve ever seen! Even with a mistake on my end! Incredibly kind customer service and overall an outstanding experience with the company. I feel ridiculous for complaining about items arriving in a timely matter to begin with. Andddd on top of that your order is helping other animals in need and I just don’t think it can get any better then that. Thank you again Tagsforhope!

I really wanted to love this company
I really wanted to love this company and still hope to give it a chance, but I've been waiting over a month for my two dogs' items to ship. The status has shown 'being manufactured' from August 25th to September 5th. Since I placed the order at the end of August with the intention of using these items for family photos in early October, I expected they would arrive by now. At this point, it looks like we may not even get to use them this year, which is quite disappointing.

Customer Service Needs Work
First off, I want to say I love the Purpose of this brand, but the customer service needs some work as I am never one to leave a review!!!
Since May, I have purchased multiple orders with TFH as I loved the designs and meaning/purpose behind this brand. I will say the Eeyore Harness and Leash are worth it, however the gold on the harness has already tarnished and gone to gray in just over two months of having it.
Over the last few weeks, I have had massive issues with the customer service as their shipping standards are a lie. I ordered an Eeyore collar and leash as my puppy is ever growing and chews threw her leashes; however, the collar was way to big and Scott was incredible rude while I expressed my concerns. I have also reached out multiple times to be an affilate with TFH, however they never got back to me and instead have decided that going for people with smaller followers is better.
If they were to fix their customer service, than I would repurchase again or even new ownership - until then it's a pass from me.
RESPONSE TO TFH:
I don't know how to respond to your comment, but instead of a new harness since it's tarnished, can I get a new collar?

So well constructed and cute
The collars and leashes are very well constructed and absolutely adorable. I always go with the gold hardware and it does not fade or scratch. I have several sets for each of my dogs so that they can be seasonably fashionable too.
Their customer service is exemplary. Canada post lost my package and the Tags for Hope team assisted in making everything right.

Disappointing turnaround time
Placed an order 22 days ago and my tracking still says being manufactured "stitching and sewing" since September 3rd. I have emailed customer support and have not heard back. This was my first time trying this website and needless to say I wont be ordering again.

Ridiculous turnaround time
The customer service is pretty much non-existent. I’ve been trying to contact them as it has been 14 days since I ordered. Every day I’ve been checking my tracking and it still says “currently being manufactured”. It’s ridiculous considering I was eligible for the expedited shipping of 2 days since I reached the desired amount. I’m disappointed and definitely not ordering again.
