Very helpful explaining everything in a way I could understand very happy . There was no sale pitch just explaining what would be better for myself if I purchased plan . And Toula who I was speaking too was great .

My experience was very welcoming, the gentleman I was talking with, Jamie, was very very helpful, he literally went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about what I was venturing into...he explained absolutely everything.....such a pleasure to be in his capable hands.

Lovely company

Scarlet has been amazing and so patient a credit to the company. The whole process she has made so easy for me. Highly recommend.

I emailed the company info address 5 days ago to ask them to verify a caller's ID/email addreess in relation to a review of life insurance cover.
They have not replied.
This set 'alarm bells' ringing for me for two reasons
1. If the caller is legitimate they should provide reassurance to a potential customer.
2. If the caller was not legitimate, they should want to explore who is using their company name to gather personal data.
