I recently bought an outdoor structure/gazebo building for our garden and needed to weatherproof it. I looked around for companies to provide canvas sides and Tailored Textiles came highly recommended by many people on the sites I was looking at.

I contacted them and Mel replied with some pictures to give me some ideas and provided material swatches to help us decide on the final choice.

Full dimensions were sent to Mel and a set of drawings came back really quickly, which we then tweaked a little to make them a little bigger, replacement drawings then sent to us and signed off.

Once the invoice was paid they went into production with a lead time of 3-4 weeks, and they arrived at my door exactly 3 weeks from order and were exactly as I hoped and expected.

The quality is fantastic and fitting was very easy if you have the basic ability to measure and use a drill!

They were very very thorough and helpful with the original design and measurements. The suggested design was good and the actual side panels look good too. Melanie was really helpful.

Everything was as we wanted and they even arrived sooner than we anticipated! They are all very well made and look brilliant. We’ll be able to spend a lot more time in our Gazebo from now on all year round.

This company has a great product and is so on the ball. Great communication with Melanie, double checking the measurements, and delivered ahead of time. We now have a garden room at a fraction of the cost.

Excellent guidance and support throughout the whole process - particularly from Melanie Sawyer. We were making quite a significant investment in blinds for our our outdoor classroom, for bays that were not all uniform in measurement. Melanie provided supportive guidance throughout, patiently responding to remeasurements to ensure that we had it right. She responded promptly and diligently to every query and concern.
We are delighted with the end product and could not fault the service, quality and finished product. The outdoor classroom is transformed and users are warmly appreciative of the improvement made to the space. 10/10 for pre and post sales service. No hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation possible. If there's an 'Employee of the Month' award Melenie should win, by a country mile !

The whole process was very professional starting off with an informal discussion of materials and designs. Having sketched out my requirements and measurements Melanie and the team quickly provided me with drawings and sent me sample fabrics. Having confirmed my requirements they set to work and in little over a week the finished product was delivered. The quality of the materials and the workmanship cannot be faulted. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Really really pleased!!!

Melanie went out of her way to help me with my outbuilding sides. Nothing was too much trouble. She also made them in 2 weeks so I could turn my outside space into a weather protected grotto in time for Christmas. I would thoroughly recommend Tailored Textiles for anyone who needs a perfect finish delivered by a lovely lady.

I’m glad we chose Tailored Textiles to design and produce bespoke panels for our new outdoor entertaining space. We didn’t know what to go for, and had some awkward shapes. Melanie helped us with colour samples and advice on fixings.
Having now received and fitted the panels, we’re really pleased with the quality, the look and the fact they are so watertight. Highly recommended
