In sorting out all the land arrangements to add on to a cruise booking, we wanted to stay over prior to cruising and post cruise, booking private transfers and fights. ✅

I have booked a trip to New York and cruise from there. I was given an excellent quote by the adviser, Charlene and went ahead. All papers, itinaries etc were sent promptly. Charlene got me a deal over and above what I expected and answered my queries on WiFi, visas, tours etc fuly and professionally. I have no doubt that anything else that I need help with will be as promptly and clearly answered. Can't wait!

I totally regret even getting in touch with these people - why do I even have to give them one star? The holiday we wanted for my 'big' birthday - and using my inheritance from my mother - was cancelled due to Covid in 2020 and again in 2021. I believed the story that it was impossible to get a refund - that the government had changed the rules so "refunds were no longer an option" - unfortunately falling for a complete cock and bull story about "staying in a better place" for the rearranged trip in 2021 and handing over £3.5K as a result. Utter nonsense but I didn't know it at the time. We then changed the type of holiday we were having to see family in three areas of the US/South America rather than cruise following a near-death health scare. This cost me a further £1.75K. The holiday was then handed over to some air operator who has changed the flights several times. We now have two flights per leg instead of direct flights and have now been told that we have to pay for luggage on the second leg. WHAT TRAVEL AGENT IN THEIR RIGHT MIND books flights that require a customer to pay for luggage, halfway through their holiday. It's not as if we're going to leave our luggage in our original destination then pick it up later!! To add insult to injury - and stated in an email from them to me - this is apparently my problem, as I didn't notice it in an incomprehensible itinerary of 16 pages that contained multiple faults and of which I have received at least 10 versions. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. You won't get the holiday you want.

We planned our holiday - a transatlantic Cunard trip plus stayover in New York - just pre-Covid and were left regretting that we had ever dealt with this organisation. They were unhelpful when this holiday was ultimately cancelled by Cunard, wouldn't help us get our money back and, by now put off cruises because of Covid, we ended up making use of our money that they clung on to for a holiday in Barbados. This was ok but we had virtually no help from these people in finding out anything about the Barbados scene - no mention of how to get through the entry requirements more easily, nothing about the hotel - 'they' never properly or quickly answered our questions, we never knew which organisation we were dealing with - US Airtours, Travelplanners or any of their many other business names - we were never given a contact number and email response was virtually non-existent. I could never recommend these people, whoever they may be. And from other reviews, I'm not the only disenchanted former client.

They have organised many holidays for us with quite a few variations. Every time we have received first class service. Delighted to recommend this company

Not given enough information about my cruise. Also given incorrect information. I have written to the company but am still waiting for them to reply.

My biggest regret is not demanding a refund when my planned holiday in May could not go ahead and believing their stories that this was impossible and that the government had changed the rules so refunds were no longer an option. Still trying to finalise the revised arrangements - they are an absolute nightmare to deal with and simply ignore emails - all I have is the phone number of the person who originally spun the "no refunds" yarn and he will tell you anything to get you off the phone! Even phoned their dedicated complaints line on 1st July and spoke to someone who didn't even know who they were (they operate under several names) but she gave me a complaint number and said I would get a phone call the next day - still waiting!
