James was amazing — We’d been searching for months with no luck, and he found exactly what we wanted straight away. Super helpful, very professional, and we’ll definitely be using him again!

We’ve booked a number of holidays with James, from babymoon to honeymoon and family holidays, he always delivers. Travel options are always clearly set out and with extra information on the area if you’re not familiar. Hotel choices have always been on point and we've nearly always gone somewhere we hadn’t considered. Fantastic communication and service taking all the stress of holiday booking away.

James has been arranging our holidays for a few years now, & I find him extremely helpful and go above and beyond to assist you and make your holiday as stress free as possible, when asking him for assistance he is always happy to help if he can, I would highly recommend him for booking your holiday.

We’ve used Tailormade Escapes a few times now and they have provided excellent service. James always sets out our options clearly and gives extra advice about destinations, which would be hard to find out on our own. We had a problem with a return transfer whilst we were away and James was instantly available to help us sort it out. They managed to get very competitive prices and made the whole process of booking a holiday very stress free, so we could just relax and get excited! Would highly recommend, we will definitely be using this company again.

Booked a trip to Abu Dhabi through James. A great experience all in, a personalised service, with a continued focus on customer satisfaction throughout the process. Recommend and will book again!

James booked our trip to Disneyland Paris with our family, and he told me about the option of having our luggage collected from the train station and taken directly to our room - this was a lifesaver, especially with children in tow. Tailormade Escapes organised a short Winter break to Iceland for our family of 4, we didn't have to do anything. They suggested various itineraries and hotels, organised flights and all transport in Iceland. It all ran smoothly and was so easy and stress free. Why would you not use them!! It's a no brainer and they even saved us money too, getting better deals for us than a DIY holiday 👍👍👍

James has been fantastic. After Covid-19 disrupted our travel plans he has continued to take care of us, rescheduling everything so that we can still complete our trip once restrictions have been lifted.

Tailormade escapes designed our bespoke trip too Mauritius, their attention to detail was second to none, they listened to everything we wanted and found the best holiday that suited our every need. Tailormade Escapes arranged our trip to Mauritius. Truly exceptional service. James was very knowledgeable and gave some great recommendations which is always nice when going to a place you are not familiar with. Will be using them again when we book our next holiday!

These guys saved my honeymoon... I was having a bit of nightmare booking it at first... so many options, changing pricing... places looked ok on the face of it then reviews/other pictures on the web made it look awful.

I was then introduced to Tailormade, they made it super easy! Listening to exactly what I wanted, laying out a few options that clearly showed what the places were like and all at a better cost. Also the customer service was epic, super fast responses and even checking up on us before we left and during the holiday.

I won’t be doing a holiday without them moving forward. Absolute Legends.

Tailormade Escapes made our honeymoon to St Lucia unforgetable from the start. James was very helpful in putting together several packages to suit our needs, explaining in detail the resorts that he had found. We often changed the criteria of what we wanted e.g. going from taken our 11 month old baby with us to deciding not to. James then went and found adult only resorts for us to choose from after initially looking at child friendly places. There was never any pressure to rush a decision or to book with Tailormade Escapes and James was very patient with us.
James was on hand to offer suggestions and advice from the start of working with us right up to the day of departure, which created a personal feel to our experience.
On top of this all we were booked priority security queues and booked into the beautiful Number 1 Lounge at Gatwick airport. Which made the start of our honeymoon that extra bit special.
Tailormade Escapes booked us into the amazing Sandals Regency La Toc resort and provided details on excursions to go on. Our resort was incredible with beautiful sea views from the hotel lobby and delicious food throughout the day. There was also lots of entertainment on offer which was of tip quality.
The Staff at our resort were so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us, and it seemed genuine rather than forced.
We had the most amazing time ever and will never forget our honeymoon, nor the help from Tailormade Escapes to make it happen.

Tailormade Escapes organised a wonderful trip to Prague for my family. Everything was arranged for us, including transport to and from the hotel, enabling a very smooth trip. The hotel was fantastic, right in the centre of New Town and very stylish. James touched base with us as our trip was approaching to make sure we had everything we needed and all our travel documents to hand. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future!

The first trip we booked with James was two weeks in Sri Lanka. James managed to get us the most incredible tour with a private driver for our first week and sorted an amazing deal at our favourite hotel chain for the second week of relaxing. For the price we got so much more than we expected and such friendly, personal service. We didn’t hesitate to book another trip with tailormade escapes, however we knew there was a risk it would be cancelled because of Corona. James assured us our trip would have full protection and so we should get a full refund - I am so glad we booked this as a package deal through him! Can’t wait to plan our next tailormade escape when lockdown is over!
