They sent the wrong size shoes. Have had to send them back to China at my own expense and still waiting for a refund weeks later. Website is misleading as there is no mention of China and they give the impression you are buying from Europe. Avoid.
Be aware that the description of items may not be accurate. I ordered what was described as a 'warm pullover' and a thin tee shirt arrived. Also be aware if you're in the UK that to return items, you have to pay the postage back to China.
Sent the wrong product. I had to pay the return postage to China...despite it being their fault!
