This service is brilliant! My dogs love the food - it caters to their needs as one is wheat intolerant (not pleasant if he eats food with grain in) and the other is older with joint problems. It's so convenient to have the food delivered to our house and it's great value for money! I would like them to start doing tinned food as I still buy that elsewhere. Also some tailor-made dog food containers would be fab to keep our utility room looking smart!

Easy to click & sort out food even with joint supplements or any dietary requirements. Email alerts for the next delivery....if you have too much food just delay for a week or 2 & it will be left in a place you request.Well worth doing!!

Fantastic product, tailor made to my dogs needs. Excellent service and communication from the company and my cross labrador staffy loves it. The food contains joint supplement for her history of cruciate ligament surgery(so no further supplementation needed now).
Precise measuring cup supplied so No more over feeding.!
Monthly delivery has freed up precious cupboard space, and I use some of it as treats to throw down the hallway which she loves chasing and finding. Roxy looks in better shape and her waste is formed and so much easier to pick up.!!!. The familys' American Bulldog was over weight and always hungry on other dog food but the change in his health, energy and shape after just the two week trial is outstanding. He's happier, playful and having half the dose of metacam for his joints.!
I'm sure our dogs will live a longer healthier life thanks to tails.com

My Chow Chow is very fussy alongside having a sensitive digestive system. The food also catered for joint issues- he has degenerative knee disease, which has brought on arthritis- and sensitive skin to. The food caters for everything, and it was hardly any bother getting my Chow on to this food. We get sent a realistic amount each month, in resealable bags, so it stays fresh and still smells appealing! The price is very good, great ingredients and nutritional value. Since I put Teddy Chow on this food from Tails.com, his issues have been drastically alleviated, his skin is great, digestion works so much better, coat is more wholesome, and his knees are not quite so bad. He even finishes his bowl in one go, something he's never done before! Before Christmas, Tails.com sent me some Christmas wrapping paper to wrap some things up for Teddy Chow, it was lovely quality and he enjoyed tearing in to it!
I've also recommended my sister to try her dog on this food, and she said there's no going back to.
Overall, my Teddy Chow is excellent on this food, and I'm quite happy to keep him on it. If he's happy, I'm happy to.
