We tried Tails as our old dog suffered with bad wind. We chose digestion and joint care becsuse of his age and was starting to slow up! It really did make a difference, the smelly wind stopped! The convenience of it being delivered was excellent and you were always informed a few days before. Unfortunately my dog has just passed away but would highly recommend.

Ive been with tails for a while now. And when I started ive noticed within few days my dog didnt have joint pain anymore. Its very good food. I like it cause it has all the good stuff in like meat veg vitamins. And its small portions unlike supermarkets brands you have to give them a lot of food and the just poo it all out. Unlike tails he has 2 times bowel movements a day and he actually gained weight and his coat is very shiny. He's full of energy and a very happy baby. My kobe is 18months and hes a gentle giant. Its also a good price for the monthly subscription. At least i know its good for him and its not harming him.
The down side to it is the delivery service its terrible im very disappointed dpd leaves it outside the door not even waiting on me to answer. Few times the box was open as well.

Since we started 'tails' our dog has been happier with her meals and not being fussy as she used to be! She eats when she feels like eating but loves every tails recipes and we also give her the tails joint supplement which seems to be helping her as she doesn't limp as badly anymore! Definitely a great product for us! Would definitely give it a try if your like us and wanted to change to a product that my dog actually wants and finishes 😅

I wouldn’t buy my dog food from anywhere else, even with the risen price. He was limping poorly and had joint problems but ever since we switched his food with tails he has not limped since. He scoffs every bowl we give him! Also direct contact with tails gives more than 1 option and the response is 10/10. Would highly recommend tails to anyone!

We’ve been using Tails for around three years now , originally for an ageing dog with joint issues and lately for a young underweight rescue dog with a sensitive stomach.

Can move the deliveries easily dependent on when I need to restock. My labrador is a senior so nice that I can add things like joint care to her food. She really enjoys the taste and its great for her weight management as she's prone to getting a little chonky!!

I ordered food for my dachshund and mentioned his digestive and joint issues. He really enjoyed the first batch, and it seemed to suit him well. However, when I reordered, the composition had changed, and now my dog refuses to eat it. I also tried to cancel or pause the subscription, but it seems I can only postpone the delivery for two months — there’s no option to cancel completely. Very disappointing.

I have used tails dog food a couple of times and honestly, with a dog with a very sensitive stomach and joint issues, this company works miracles and not only that but when our order was delayed and I enquired about it they gave a very tailored and personal response that explained the exact issue they were having, instead of simply saying "quality control issue" they explained the exact ingredient they were having an issue with and what the issue was which definitely leaves the impression that they genuinely do care, and on top of that they provided an apology through email and gave a discount on future orders for the trouble they delay could have caused, this was not needed as I was just curious when I would receive my delayed order but they went above and beyond to show they care about their customers and the product they provide which gives me confidence in the food they provide for my dog

Always arrives when it says it will. Good quality dog food and most importantly my dog enjoys the good. The dentastix and Joint treats are very good as well

Love tails food for my English bulldog Elvis you can update weight so they give you the right amount of food you can choose flavours or if you want joint concerns etc and we are just enjoying the free wet food as an exiting customer and they do the maths for you and have changed how much wet and kibble we need to feed Elvis each day my dog digestion and stomach sensitivity as been great since hes been on tails couldn't speak highly enough of the efforts and always send emails if they notice any big changes you make just to make sure it's right once again thank you tails. Been with tails a while but just started the mixture of wet and kibble together and fingers crossed 2 days in and all ok.

Both our dogs love the food, the eldest is very food motivated and it's helped him loose a few unwanted pounds, the younger is incredibly fussy but he eats it all up. I also like that the food for the elder, a 10yo cocker spaniel is tailored to help with joint care. One star removed because they use the worst delivery firm out there who've abandoned the box in full sun and 30+ degree heat on the doorstep and not even rung the doorbell before now.

I have 3 dachshunds and one of them had skin issues for very long time and I always had very expensive dog food brands like Orijen and Acana, but nothing helped, neither raw feeding. Seems Tails food sorted the skin issue. Tails send the food in time, always reminding about upcoming delivery, with options to pause or amend the order. I’m giving 4 stars only because no ingredients listed on the bags which makes difficult for me to sort dosage of supplements I use on the side like dental sticks, fish oil and raw foods. Vet recently asked me what joint support vitamins are in the food and I couldn’t answer that.Other than that- fantastic!
