Ted loves his food! Mix of wet and dry! Always delivered on time. He has no femoral head on rear leg so needs joint supplements. He is very happy and bouncy!

Bella loves tails.com’s food. She had both cruciate ligaments replaced a couple of years ago and was prescribed flex joint care from the vets. Since using tails.com we do not need the flex care as well. The unique formula for Bella’s food means all her nutrients are within it leading to a soft and shiny coat, successful weight maintenance and good digestion.

My first experience of Tails was introduced by my sister and I was sceptical but thought give it a try. My dog, Gary, is a white german shepherd who suffers with seasonal allergies. He is now 8 years old and I thought a change in feeding pattern at this age would cause upset stomach and possibly a resurgance of the allergies but he had also put on weight and with lockdown restricting even more exercise and obtaining food I decided to give the mail order Tails a try. After all. What had I to lose? If it didn't suit I needn't feed it.
How pleasantly surprised I was. Tails fomulated a food for his weight loss, joint problems, allergies and age. With a gradual introduction we had switched within a fortnight from his old diet and he was perefectly happy and healthy with a noticeable change in his health levels.
Add to this the ease in which Tails allowed the order to be dispatched and notify me of delivery date, including allowing us to change the delivery date according to our circumstances and it was a win win situation all around.
Would highly recommend.

Great Product & Service!
I've been feeding my Lab x Rottie Jess Tails.com food for the last 30 months. Her food is tailored for her individual needs. She has joint problems and we have to be careful with her weight. She enjoys every meal and loves the dental chews aswell. The delivery every month arrives on time and I can track it to make sure I'm home to receive it.
I would highly recommend Tails.com.

So easy to order , delivery is excellent straight to your door you never run out. My dog is old has always had allergy’s and joint problems but is now bouncing round like a puppy. Her coat is the best it’s been in years so shiny and healthy she’s a fussy eater but I haven’t had one problem with this food she loves it , I can’t recommend enough

I was really sceptical to begin with, how could food help my 10 year old lab with joint pain?
But, he has completely stopped limping, within two weeks, lost weight and has a coat to be proud of?

Holly's appetite is much better due to the huge variety of the meat trays. The specially formulated kibble has improved her joint movement and at 12 years old she act like a young pup at times. Really pleased with Tails.com

The specially formulated food has helped to keep my chocolate Labrador (woody) in tip top condition. He is fit and healthy and shows no signs of joint pain and has a beautiful shiny coat. The denture sticks and treats are of good quality and even the Pooh bags are superior to other brands. I am kept up to date on deliveries and times and have the option to change delivery times and dates. I would highly recommend this company and it’s products

My dog has been so much healthier since eating Tails dog food. She had some joint issues and I haven't seen any sign of them in the last year. Whenever I've had a question the customer support has been great. She loves her daily dental sticks too

Great product and service. I have used Tails for my springer spaniel, Teasel now for a number of years. She loves her Tails and always gets excited when it is time for her tea. Delivery has always been prompt. I changed the plan a year or so again as they say when your dog gets to a senior age they need a few more nutrients for their muscles and joints. I thought this was all about getting more money out of you but Teasel is now 10 and last Autumn/winter she was struggling more after a long sleep with getting up and getting up the stairs with have a little bit of arthritous. So, I thought I'd give it a go and add joint care to her Tails. Well, it does work, this year she has had no problems with her joints and is running around like a 4 year old again and not problems getting up the stairs after a long sleep. Would highly recommend Tails to anyone.

Tails food and service is excellent, that’s why have now been a loyal customer for a few years. It works well for our golden Labrador Tiggy , joint care, keeps the weight off and she loves the taste.

Tails offer great customer service and allow you to change your dog’s food as their requirements change (such as needing more joint care). Our dog loves it!

Tails .com is a must for any dog owner. I have Ben a 1yr old labradoodle who is full of energy and Sirius a 11yr old labradoodle who has arthritis and just potters around. Tails.com have taken all the confusion out of their food. Ben on a diet for a dog full of energy but asked for joint care for him, and Sirius on a diet for joint care and weight gain. Tails .com responds to emails quickly and are very helpful. Ben chewed up both the scoops new ones were delivered within 4 days in the meantime I was told how many grams of food they should have daily. I’ve used tails.com for quite a few years now the best decision i made. No worry about running out of food no trying to carry big bags of food from pet shops and supermarkets. I decided to try Jesse on Tails food as she has joint problems & is getting on a bit. This is the only food I have found so far designed for older dogs that has a variety of flavours. Jesse has wet food & kibble as she is on medication to help with her arthritis & I can easily crush & mix the tablets in with the wet food. She has always been a bit of a fussy eater but since being on Tails she actually licks the bowl clean. The fact that Tails is delivered to the door is an added bonus as I live a fair way from any shops that sell dog food. Jesse is a little overweight but with tails she is slowly losing that but actually has more to eat!
I can't recommend them enough.

I love tails.com ..I feel I’m giving my beautiful daisy the best for her nutrition..she has joint pain and her food it made with this in mind..she loves it..always delivered on time and plenty notice if you have to change anything..definitely recommend

Tails has always been expensive however as you start to refine the kibble you do start to see a increase in happiness with your four legged canine friend(s).

They give great advice and help with any health conditions like sensitive skin or just joint ailments. They even give you ways of trying to get the dog into it if they aren’t sure at first.

We’ve had a few issues with the delivery company used (yodal) however tails are fast to react and the food was out for delivery again within a few days.

Don’t be put of by the bag sizes as you always end up with more then enough food when your next delivery is due. Even when feeding the recommended amount using the easy to use scoop system.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy way to feed their dog(s) tailor made food that’s delivered to the door.

Since changing bazal over to tails senior kibble optimised for healthy skin, coat, digestion, mobility and joint care. His energy levels have increased he’s got a spring back in every step instigates play with the younger dogs of friends and family. His coat has always been on the coarse thin side now he has thick softer coat. No more gurgling belly. (Bazal was 11 years old on 9th aug) I recommend tails to everyone

I just want to say a huge thank you to tails! This review will be long but if anyone is unsure whether to join them and get a honest review then please read.

I have 2 dogs 1 Male 1 female, my Male is now 7 his breed is a rare breed and uncommon in the UK which is why I've only recently been able to join tails as it wasnt recognised when he first got here. He is crossed with a doberman so his average weight is hard to work out and all trial and error and the shapes his crossed with are very different.
October 2019 he was rushed to the vet with a random limp front leg, vets weighed him and he was 35kg they examined him and said it could be start of arthritis they wasnt sure gave him pain meds and advised he loose weight, on his check up appointment he had lost 1.2kg on another branded dog food, this is where we discussed his shape ect he takes after a doberman with a huge chest vet advised to have him lose around 5kgs and to review him. The word arthritis scared us and we looked into joint cares ect, fast forward to lockdown my dog then produce blood in his stool the vets refused to see him, we looked online and changed his food to a wheat free food, this is when I stumbled across tails, I looked into this and then pondered on the idea as it was coming in very expensive! After finally discussing that he needed to loose another 3.8 kg we read reviews on tails of weight loss and joint blends blended into the food. I signed both my 2 up my GSD has digestive issues so her blend I chose her favourite flavours checked the digestion box entered her details, same with my boy but added in joint care, I had 25% off website offer and further 70% from my bank, we ordered it and waited for its arrival, on arrival my dogs were excited but very quickly ignored it but finally gave in after 24 hours! Well it has changed our lives and my dogs lives, they are so excited for dinner times, I groom my own GSD and she is a well kept dog but her fur is so silky now with this food as she is flexking a lot less! My boy well he has lost 2.7 kgs in 2.5 months on this food, his fur is like velvet and its honestly like I have a 7 year old puppy, the food has changed his behaviour he is running around playing with his sister and in general more active! We always have runs and out all the time but the change in him is unbelievable, he most leaves a little food behind so know he is not hungry!
If you are unsure then I think it is so worth it I have handed my £1codes out to all my friends and so far 2 or 3 have used it! The help from the team themselves has always been 5* we will never use another food brand again well done tails and thank you from our family :)

It's a great service. Turns up every month with a tracked delivery and the dog loves it! Its so easy to measure out and has helped with weight, coat and also some joint issues too.
