When I first saw the ads on TV, I thought this was just another one of those to good to be true scenarios and we know how the rest of that quote goes. But after getting tired of adding various remedies to my dog's wet food, I thought if tails can combine it all into one dry food package, why not. So after a month of my dog being on tails, I can honestly say his dry flaky skin, dull coat, frequent upset stomach and joint stiffness when getting up after a nap, have ALL GONE. Also, how great is it that the food is automatically delivered to my door each month.

Freddy our Jack Russell absolutely loves his tails food. We have the perfect amount so no need to go back and forth to the shops all the time. We went for a fish flavour with extra joint and bone health. We will never look back!

My fur baby seems to enjoy her special tailored food although it takes her ages to get through a bowl. She has the dried kibble complete food as the meat option is too rich for her and made her sick. In my personal opinion I havent noticed any improvement in her skin or joint condition which is what the food was "personalised" to do apparently but its great to have her food delivered monthly!

It has made fudge’s coat really shiny and soft, rather than dull and wirey. Now that we’ve had the joint one as well he’s enjoying moving a playing a lot more. Both dogs love the dental dailies. Great and quick customer service.

Coming to the end of our 18 day trial period and my 8 year old Bassett Hound x Shar Pei loved his food.
I was sent “joint and bone” tailor made food, despite selecting “skin and coat” for health issues. However, this has made no difference to the fact my dog loved every bite!
He is full of energy, has continued to stay a healthy weight and there’s always a guaranteed clean bowl!

The feeding plan has given me peace of mind, knowing that Bentley is receiving the correct amount of food each day for his weight and activeness.

It’s also a bonus that I can pause/delay deliveries depending on how much food I have left and I can add on extras such as treats, dental sticks and poo bags!

Will definitely continue to purchase!

Always been helpful in getting our dog’s food right. He is now 10 and a bit stiff in the joints. After speaking to Tails.com they adjusted his food to include more joint supplement.
It’s not the cheapest and is not the most expensive either but it’s never wasted.
Our dog seems to thrive on it.
Also love how you get notification when his next bag is underway. Then you can delay delivery or asK for an earlier delivery.

Poppy really enjoys her meals from tails.com. They are in measured portions as are her dry biscuits that she can't get enough of so we don't over feed her. The meals are tailored to her needs such as joint care.

We really like that once you have set up the meals you want they are automatically sent out again the next month so you don't have to worry about getting to the shop or them having the right meat or the right flavours. It is super convenient.

Really great, our dog loves the food and has a shine to her coat. Super flexible and reliable and good value. We picked joint help when you pick your recipe and our 14 year old german shepherd is still bouncing up and down the stairs. Highly recommend!

If my dogs could talk they would tell you that every morning at 5:30am they are secretly pleased when their 6 month old baby brother wakes up their Daddy because that means it’s breakfast time. They then can’t wait to go out with Mummy (who is a dog walker and groomer) for their fabulous walk in open countryside with their friends. Back home, they ask for their dinner at 2pm... it used to be 5pm but they love their Tails food so much that they just can’t wait a minute longer, after this they sleep, all afternoon, all evening and all night (only waking up for the odd treat).

Our Mummy and Daddy like the feeling that not only is the food always there and on time but that it works, their dogs are the happiest and healthiest out there (they may be biased).

This is what Mummy and Daddy say: India and Jasmine’s Tails food helps to keep them in good shape, just the right amount of joint care food for a India a 10yr old dog who stills runs like the wind and Jasmine a 4yr old dog who likes to snaffle gross stuff in the field and needs help with her digestion.

Absolutely fabulous! Have used since I got my puppy and he loves every mouthful, the food is updated and changes as he grows to suit his needs perfectly!
Recommended to a friend for her dog (with joint problems and hair loss), and her older dog is running around all fluffy again!
Could not recommend more (also don’t forget the additional Christmas items you can get! - made a nice Christmas dinner for my pup)

Jazz my patterdale terrier loves her tails chicken flavoured food. She’s 13 now and on the special joint care recipe which has given her a new lease of life. Would highly recommend tails.com Very happy!

Milo loves his dried food from Tails.
The portion sizes are perfect for him and he loves the flavours.
He has joint problems which are catered for in his prescription diet.
His coat is lovely and soft and he is full of energy.

Molly really enjoys her food these days, and clears her bowl every day. We are happy because Molly is getting good quality food, specially formulated for her needs. She is rather an old dog now, and obviously requires different nutrition from a young dog. Most brands don't really cater for old dogs with joint issues, but Tails.com does. It is delivered efficiently every month, and is no more expensive than supermarket food.

My elderly vizsla developed a sensitive stomach and it completely cleared up the same day I started her on tails.com dry food blend (hypoallergenic with additives for joint care), despite having tried other hypoallergenic brands available in pet stores etc. with moderate results. Her coat is the best it's ever been and despite her age (15) her joints seem better and she has a spring in her step. She has lost the excess weight she was carrying, her stools are solid, less frequent and smaller and she is a very contented old girl. I'm so pleased with it, our 14 year old JRT is now on a similar blend, as he developed a sensitive stomach recently despite being on a hypoallergenic brand, and his stools are normal 90% of the time (it's still a new diet for him, so I am confident that will improve) and he is much less flatulent/odorous (thank God!). The service is quick and the website easy to navigate, even if you want to make changes. I would highly recommend tails.com food, for sensitive stomachs at least, as it has helped both our seniors immeasurably.

This is my 2nd review of this product. My dog had a very sensitive tummy before starting on tails food. It was an almost immediate transformation & months down the line & is still thriving on his tails food. He also has some joint problems too which the tails food caters for too. Thumbs up all round!

One of the best things I did!
Not only is the tails experience and process so straightforward, understanding and tailor made, the difference in my dogs appearance, appetite and all round well being, is visibly noticeable. The vet had even commented on a recent visit.
Not only does he love tails products, Blake gains nutrients and vitamins and all the right ingredients to help him maintain a healthy, pain free and happy life at 9&1/2 years old with a rubbish arthritis/joint problem ... and he doesn't steal the cats food!!
Can't fault tails.

Arrives on time, reviewing the ingredients I'm not sure its' any different to similar hypoallergenic foods with a joint supplement so not convinced it is value for money sadly as I love the idea of my dog having what he needs.

Since using tails.com Molly’s joint problems
have greatly improved, and Mist’s skin is not nearly so dry and itchy. They both also seem to enjoy their meals more, and ask to
be fed!

My dog is very old. She has gastric issues and sensitive skin and joint problems. We were very worried about her because she wasn't eating her old food and she seemed tired and her coat was dull with flaking skin. A friend recommended Tails to us! Wow! What a change! She is a large dog and approaching her 13th year. Since she has been on Tails, she eats all her food, has a shining coat and she is able to walk so much better! In fact, I stopped having to buy joint care products which were so expensive! She loves the tailored food and she also eats the chew sticks to keep her teeth clean. I also order the poo bags because they are strong (but no handles) and are biodegradeable! Amazing! I have told so many friends and my Vet about Tails and some have switched and they are as happy as we are! My old dog could last many more years at this rate! So happy!

Would highly recommend, I signed up at a show and thought I’d take the trail and see how it went. My dog is on a wet and dry diet, he was over weight by 5kg before the diet and he has dropped down to the safe zone again now. He loves the wet food and it never sits in the bowl for long. He is a German Shepard x lurcher and we had a lot of tummy trouble every time we switched food which was not always planned just whatever the supermarket etc decided to stock, since he started with tails we’ve had no issues and the consistency in food is fantastic. With the dry food we could manage the make up so I’ve gone for joint supplements as he has big long legs so it’s nice you can to get the things you think they might need help with in the future. I can safely say we will never need another dog food provider, love the service and he loves the food.
