I have 9yr told border collie called Mickey and we have been on his special menu for couple of months he has some arthritis but I've honestly seen a great improvement in in his joint mobility his coat is has become very shiny and healthy even my friends have noticed at mealtimes its great he has mixture of wet food and kibble
The variety of wet food is amazing my boy is happy and so am I would highly recommend thankyou

- If the website ever confused me I could easily call their customer services up.
- My dog enjoyed the food.
- The dietary options were vast, e.g.: high calorie, wet food, joint care, etc.

But the one thing that made me want to leave a review was when my dog died and I needed to cancel the subscription.
It was one simple button press and I was unsubscribed. There was even a short message of condolence followed by an email confirmation.
At a time when you're feeling emotionally drained this was a reprieve. Thank you.

Taking advantage of the free trial offer I found my 7 year old rottweiler loved it. He has joint issues and has always been given grain free food. it maycost a little more than his old food but he loves it and is tailored made for his needs. Its deliver to the door, you can cancel at any stage and alter the delivery dates to suit. I would highly recommend tail.com

Dillon has always been a fussy eater but have finally found something he really enjoys. Great variety and great service. Would highly recomenwebsite is so easy to use and customer care is excellent. Dillon has had joint problems and I have struggled in the past to keep his weight down. He has lost a considerable amount of weight since he has been on Tails. Com but it never feels like I am under feeding him and he isn't left hungry.

Love so many things about Tails. The monthly deliveries mean that I don’t have to worry about running out of dog food. The high quality and personalised food has given my dog the best coat and joint health she’s had in years. Every once in a while, my dog gets a little surprise with her delivery. My only criticism is that I get too much dry food - so always run out of the wet food quicker.

The best dry food we have ever bought for our dog. Its completely tailored to our pets needs and we couldn't be happier. Having rescued our pet from a rehoming shelter, we have seen huge improvements since changing his feed to tails. His skin and coat are sleek and shiny with no more dry flaky skin patches, the joint care supplements have aided in our goal to increase his strength and physical activity- 3 months on hes like a different dog

Fantastic. My dog is 12 yes old and has lost weight, which she needed to and has more energy. Also she doesn't seem to suffer with her joint like she use to. I'm very pleased it's like she has a new lease of life.

We decided to try our dog on the food, but didn't really expect much. However, she really enjoys it and definitely likes it more than her old brand. It is delivered each month and we are kept informed of when to expect the parcel. It is no more expensive than her old food, but has ingredients tailored to her dietary needs - she is very old and has a few joint problems. Definitely happy - if she likes it, we like it.

Our senior dog has joint issues, and had pancreatitis in the past, so this tailored food is great and ticks all the boxes. Its also really handy we can change the flavour each month by ticking what he preferred- chicken, beef, lamb etc.
He loves the food :)

I tried this as I thought it was such a good deal. Two weeks trial for only the cost of postage! We received the perfect amount for our 3 year old spaniel for the two weeks and his personalised jug to measure just for him. The food is great. Another reason for switching was to put our dog onto a diet of just biscuits. He also has a very sensitive tummy and joint problems. He has had no issues with the food, no upset tummy and he seems more active. He has lost over a kg in two months and we are very happy with the service. Just as you are running low, you get a delivery. No wastage. I literally had one meal left and the delivery arrived! Such a great service and it’s the same cost if not a bit less than what he was on before. 10 stars from me.

Razar is a 13 year staffie with arthritis . having joint formula and weight control included in his food really helps. he has lots of other supplements and meds too added to his food and he seems to really enjoy Tails.

Previously, we had to alternate between shop-bought brands as he seemed to go off them. Not so with Tails - he has been a pleased customer now for many years.

Just so easy! Excellent food that is delivered to our doorstep. We never run out and my Golden Retriever enjoys and is healthy. When he gained a little weight Tails altered his blend and it was soon resolved. He is almost 8 years old now and so we’ve now included a joint care ingredient for his future health. All arranged online - straightforward website and responsive customer service!

My rotti loves this food. He was fussy with other brands and wouldn’t always eat. He’s always had bad wind that smelled really bad, not anymore! Before we had to choose between large breed food with joint care or sensitive, this food covers both. Couldn’t recommend this more, fantastic.

Fantastic! My dog suffers with joint problems but since moving to tails with added joint care his mobility has improved a lot! I would highly recommend it.

Best thing I ever did changing my dogs food to Tails.com. My dogs are 10 with joint problems and skin hot spots and a very active 2 yr old. They wolf the food down and never any waste. My older dogs healths improved dramatically.. It's probably about the same price per month as I was paying by going to the shop. But this is less hassle and delivered to your door. Would recommend ....

Nanuka is a Great Pyrenees pup 9 months old. A breed prone to joint problems and hip dysplasia. Trying to find a food that was for a growing pup (already 35kg), took into account the need for healthy joints and bones, dealt with her sensitive stomach and was something she enjoyed, was proving impossible. I input all of the data to Tails and they produced a grain free selection tailored to her needs. I am over the moon with the results. She's full of energy, her coat is thick and healthy, her tummy problems have disappeared and she absolutely loves it too! I would wholly recommend it especially for giant breed pups.

Absolutely fantastic product, wish I had discovered it sooner. We now have both of our dogs on this food. Our 11yr old lab loves it and it’s specifically made for her joint issues. My 3yr old Daxie has never looked better and loves it. Food arrives every month no fuss or hassle, brilliant service and help easily available if needed. 100% recommend to everyone!!
