Watch out - this seems like a scam especially since they will not refund the charge they made to my credit card - 29.95 charged by tailsellers.com and noted as a RECURRING charge. I'm especially suspicious since the charge was for a "membership" and not a product and they won't refund me. Since I had never heard of this company, I chatted with tailsellers.com and told that the charge was not refundable but that they would cancel my membership and that I could apply the $29.95 to any purchase on their website which would give me an 80% discount. They have to be crazy to think I would would do any business with them now. They sent me an email stating they had cancelled my membership. I'll be watching.

I tried to cancel a membership for a the site due to it wasn't the site I thought I was paying for. I have no ideal they came into play. I was sent a email from them stating that if I would leave a review you that I would receive my funds back ,but all I got was $20.52 of credit and the $16. was not credited

The escalation team did finally get to the point and refunded my money after a Facebook situation they do have lots of cool DOG products I personally don't have a dog I have a big fat cat if the company expanded to all animals I would consider purchasing products but they're payment process needs work thanks for clearing up my issues

I have no idea what tailseller.com is - I did not sign up for this. I don't have an animal. I did not set up this account. I requested a refund and they want me to do a review. Then they took out another payment. I am going to my bank tomorrow to file a fraud claim against this company and contacting the Better Business Bureau.
