Absolutely outstanding heels production. I'm in love with every single pair I've got from them and I have many. This company managed to satisfy my spoiled taste for heels with their high quality and affordable prices. Each pair is manufactured at exact measurements of my feet, so they fit perfectly and feel very comfortable to walk in. Wide range of colors and styles makes me order one pair after another. Reasonably quick delivery and 24/7 client support.

I ordered shoes and all went well until they arrived ... the straps are so short the two ends don't even touch each other and this is the response I got from them
"The straps can be lenghted . You can either send them back to Turkey so we can add ad6piece to according to your ankle or you make them lenghted in a cobbler"
No apology and all at my own expense. Please don't make the costly mistake I did

Tajna club is the best place to order quality slamming shoes for your special occasions. The customer service of Tajna Club helps you when you need it. I can directly say that they are professionals. I was between three models and it was really difficult to make choice,  finally, I got to a decision after long hours spent on the website. After placing my order I wanted to change some details with my shoes, contacted them and they respond me back quickly. They even gave me some amazing consultation for my costumes, it's very pleasant when the seller listens to you and tries to help. The shoes arrived this week and they r super beautiful. I do not understand how some folks write bad things for the customer service, the experience and shoes I got are beyond perfect.

It's my favourite shop. Ever since I found them I do not look elsewhere for high heels. They have those amazing designs and customization options that take you to a higher level of customer experience. Since my first order with them last year I am always happy with what I bought for my GF. The shoes have great quality & price performance, some of them blow our minds, besides whenever you have a question customer service replies in a very friendly and caring way which I found very warming. Prices are high and quality is quite poor. They say shoes are made to order but they can’t show how more or less the shoes will look like.
I bought boots, they broke as I tried to wear them (cheap and fragile zipper) so i wrote some emails asking for a change or refund but apprently I must keep them this way or i would have to pay a lot for shipping.
At the same price, you can find a lot of better options from other brands

Customer service has been great. The shoes fit well. Shipping is fast and discrete. Mostly the shoes are made well! Very comfortable! I ordered caged platform heels. I chose to change the color and go with a chunky heel. They did a perfect job! The first shoes that fit like a glove. Very happy with my order. Will be doing much more business with Tajna Club.

it s hard to find extra large heels. but with Tajna I was able to find a few pairs of perfect size, the quality of the shoe is excellent and above all pleasant to walk with.
I finally found a site that sells good shoes in my size and more to be beautiful and very good quality.

I wish I could give zero stars! This was my second order with Tajna Heels, Tajna Club in several years. The first order was a high heel black mule shoes, which arrived in ok condition besides strong glue smell and blue insole which did not match the the black shoe with a red bottom completely.

My second order was the custom made thigh high patent boots, which I sent my measurements for. To my surprise, my order was shipped in couple days, which surprised me a lot. I have experience ordering custom clothing and shoes and usually it takes much longer to create a decent and a specific piece with measurements. I immediately emailed their support email to ask if they received my measurements. Email was not answered, in couple days I tried to reach out to them with website chat and finally got assured they made everything custom to my measurements.

In a week or so i received my boots. The quality is so-so as usual, filmsy heel, the sole is just glued up to the bottom plus horrible glue smell.

I needed my pair for a video shoot, so I did not care a lot about quality, more was going for a custom look. I have long and skinny legs and most boots are loose at the top of my thigh and I was excited to finally get ones that are fitted for my leg. The cost of this boots was almost like a Pleaser boots, but the quality for Pleaser is so much higher.

So out of the box I tried them on. And they did not fit correctly at the top and all along my leg. They were to big and did not correspond to the measurements I sent at all! I reached out to the customer service and this is the Answer I got:

"No, they are correct and all our shoes are custom made to order . Please do not order from us if you velieve they are not made to order . The boots prepared according to your given measurements. "

I don't know how they do business in Ankara, but it is certainly not the level of support an average customer from the USA is looking for. I did not give up, and send them(her) pictures of my boots with measuring tape to show how big and wrong the measurements are in reality in comparison to what I sent them. After all, it is not a spiritual thing to believe in, it's the measurement tape we trust!

"We ask the measurement if your leg to see if you have wider or narrow ankles, cslves or thighs. The leg perimeters and boot perimeters are happen to be different becsuse it is applied to the requested model. You gave us 3 measures, ankle, shaft and thigh. All have been applied according to the model . I do not know what shape did you wanted but that is the final product which can be prepared according to the given measurements. Unfortunately there was nothing to be done differently and all our shoes are made to order not coming to you from ready stocks."

Could not imagine different answer after the first reply I got from them. Well, if that was the case why it is not stated anywhere? And why the same exact boots on a curvy lady on their feed are not looking different? Boots would have also been loose at the thigh. But they are not, and they are fitting perfectly snug to the leg.

Deeply disappointed with rude and unresponsive customer service and quality of the shoes.
