Sat waiting nearly a month for my withdrawal.

Never had issues before, until this time, says 7-14 working days for a BACS withdrawal, currently on the 20th working day and still no sign. Shame though as I had previously enjoyed the site. Emailed and messaged to no avail.

Atrocious company, don't reply to messages or emails, been waiting for a withdrawal from 8th may and still hasn't gone in, but other withdrawals have,
Worst company I've ever dealt with, they employ staff petits us members who keep these employees in a job and if it wasn't for members they would be out of a job.
I have now seeked legal advice through my solicitor to get my money and didn't want to go down this way, but no option now as its a total disgrace for a company the size of it to ignore emails and messages, seems everyone on trustpilot has the same problems, maybe it's about time,trading standards or something like that should become involved with this company

Really bad customer support no answer to emails been emailing everyday for a while . Quick to email u though if they want something.

I've been emailing for weeks now with noone replying at all. I've messaged Facebook but still noone is replying. I withdrew my winnings and they still haven't gone into my account yet!!

Same winners on all other game house I no some people have luck but OMG they are that lucky they win LOTTERY EVERYWEEK

I can't even log in to my account!! I have £50 to spend on bingo but it's saying request time out when I try to log in.

This site is appalling customer service is non existent never get back to u playing fine then restricted my account because I won scam site stay away

I registered as a new player went through the verification process driving licence and proof of address. Deposited £10 and spent it was supposed to receive £50 bonus never received it so sent an email to support explaining never replied or acknowledged my email. Have sent another 2 emails no acknowledgement or replies but have had emails encouraging me to deposit more money would avoid this site completely total scam.

I have played bingo on line for many years and usually enjoy it . Most sites are fair and when you get a bonus for bingo you Should be able to play on any bingo game you like. But on Take a break bingo you can on play on there Scratch bingo which is slow and boring and the money you can win is just a few pounds. Very unfair . Won’t be using this site anymore.

Most of the reviews on here I can relate too. It is the same winners every day that win the biggest house amounts. Also it is totally mind boggling how newbies to the site win repeatedly. If you dare to post your frustrations over it being the same winners the CM’s immediately jump down your throat saying please keep the chat positive, some players do get away with saying what they want though and are never questioned over it, it’s as if they don’t want you high lighting the obvious that the same winning names pop up repeatedly every day. I have been on other sites and CM’s never pull you on negative comments, this site is like none I have ever been on for trying to make out everyone is happy about losing.

Just joined last night deposited £10 played the bingo and on my 4th game won £514. Read reviews on here afterwards and thought oh no sounds like a scam. I thought I'll wait and see if money goes into my account and this morning it has, so I'm very happy with them. Haven't played any other games though.

After reading the reviews left by others I agree with some comments. The same winners do win the big money several times a day. If you complain in chat about it you suddenly get a token win which then makes you think what’s going on. They just changed all the wonderful CM’s which was a big mistake as the CM’s were extremely popular. If I had to sum up this site it would be the best thing is the people who play in the Scratch room, if you want a friendship group who will listen and help through good times and bad, 100% you get it daily. Downside if your name don’t fit you will never win anything worthwhile so don’t bother playing because you will never get lucky. I have my doubts about this site but I look on it as a bit of fun and better then a takeaway for the same money. Basically you are throwing your money down the pan just where your takeaway ends up. Just adding an update (01/11/12) to my review. So the new CM’s they hired are actually lovely and are doing an amazing job, so credit to them. I’m in no doubt they will continue to do a great job in making the roomies welcome.

i would give it -100 if i could it is now an illegal site google chrome wouldnt even take me to it it said it is not secure so please dont even bother trying and dont phone the number 020 8089 9339 which they say is return to it number as nobody answers ive deleted n blocked all communication regarding this site emails n phone numbers included

Absolute agree with the review from Flint below .. have done a few deposits to play bingo and maybe had one win of about £1.25 but same winners every day winning game after game . I also find this on all other bingo sites , always seems to be the same winners over and over so don’t waste your money , they say its random but I don’t think so just feels like someone is picked and they win it all

Just joined. Have played bingo sites in the past and was sickened by the same winners all the time. Guess what, nothing different here. It truely is amazing that this is allowed. Im not saying the sites are in on it, but all the bingo sites are being manipulated from outside. Its simply not possible that in a room of 20 people one person can win 12 times in 5 games. You may well say, it CAN happen. Yes, true it COULD but should be rare, but its not. It happens all the time! Dont waste your money on bingo..its rigged

Take a break bingo recently reopened in October, so I deposited to play as I loved playing on there before the site maintenance issue, straight away I could not purchase games, it came up with a message saying bet failed no response from customer services about the issue..So I withdrew my deposit this was on the 20/10/21 ( I received an E-Mail acknowleging this ) I've STILL not received my money back and it is now 29/11/2021.. I've E-Mailed the support team numerous times with no responses back. Awful customer service. Will be closing my account once I receive my money back! Doubting if I will ever receive it back to be perfectly honest.
