I ordered at 10:30pm and it's already 1:10pm and the order still hasn't arrived. The app (Takeaway) claims they've delivered my order - even though that is NOT the case. I've called the place where I ordered from and they told me the items have been prepared and nobody came to pick them up. I've never had such a horrible experience. I've filed a request to get my money back. Nobody likes cold food.

I want to sent back some information about one of your delivery guys. Iliyan Vulkov delivered my order today and i was not happy with his behaviour. No greetings no goodbyes, only annoyance has been read on his face. I think he doesn’t like his job. As a person who worked many years with clients i know how to contain my “fake” smile and be good and kind to my clients even if i am having the worst day in my life.. Take notes about him. Thank you.

A delay of at least 15 minutes... I don't think it's normal

I ordered my dinner at 21:10, the current time is 22:45, my order has not arrived yet, and I don't think it will ever arrive, somehow is still in "preparation". I have never had such big delays in other companies like Glovo or Uber Eats, go to them instead, do not use takeaway.com

We ordered from takeaway, but there was atremwndous delay. They do not have phone for cancellation, so we cancelled from the restaurant itself. Never again!

Ordered from Sunny Beach as Hotel food was boring. This place was simply amazing! Ordered chicken ceaser pizza, zucchini and chicken burger and fries from La Flor Bar & Grill. Best place ever! 100% recommend

Whenever I order from takeaway, my items come cold and are delayed by minimum 30 minutes... Order from Glovo instead!

This delivery is a total SCAM and JOKE! Awful support - no email or phone number to call when something is wrong! Just some stupid written scenarios which dont help at all! The app said 30min but the delivery came after 1hr in front of the building and the delivery guy sat in his car for 30 more minutes chilling before he called me!! Total disrespect! Leaving the food go cold and just didnt care at all. Didnt take the order which I prepaid, which was a mistake. Now nobody knows if i am getting my money back from these scammers.

I’m absolutely disappointed from take away! For second time our delivery didn’t come! The program stay at “your food has to be here every minute” and it just didn’t come! I won’t use this delivery service anymore!

I made an order only because it said 10 to 20 minutes, I look at 60 minutes, I give takeaway a chance for the last time, this time you made me angry and I can neither contact the restaurant nor you!

If you like something that can be bought for under 15 minutes to be delivered in 90 minutes, so when you go down to take it from the delivery guy he to be all warm and cozy in his car 50 meters away, get only a half of your order (and the half you get to be the wrong one) and have to return twice to get everything then sure use takeaway! Otherwise avoid like the plague!

Delievery time was supposed to be 45 minutes at first. An hour went by, and when I checked again it said I had to wait another 45 minutes. I didn't receive a single call neither from the restaurant, nor from the courier. When I called the help center, I was automatically directed to the website, but there was nothing provided on it like email or chat. Finally, when I managed to reach an employee, the customer service was terrible, and they just asked me if I'll just wait or cancel in quite a rude tone. Terrible service, would never buy again! Better go and get it yourself if you're hungry.
