Awful
Awful, awful service. After I ordered, paid, tipped and waited for 45 minutes my order was canceled. I got an email, not even a call, nor explanation why this happened.

Terrible and unethical service
Terrible service. I ordered food from a local restaurant. An hour after they accepted the order, the restaurant cancelled my order. It was now so late most other options were closed.
I was of course not happy with this and wrote a review about the restaurant's service on Takeaway.com to warn other users not to fall in to the same trap.
Takeaway.com removed the revieew of my experience the next day. So their reviews are definitely not to be trusted. The review was an actual experience with that restaurant.
When I complained to takeaway.com about them censoring the review of my experience, their solution was to delete my account.

Easy to use app
Easy to use app. Very easy to find where is the ordered food and also easy to pay it. Some very nice restaurants are there. I don't like only that the tip is not of use for the person who delivers the food. But it's a matter of organisation, not of app.

Super fast and really polite!
I am supper happy with using the app. It has both the pickup and the delivery options which is quite nice. The delivery guy was really polite and arrived fast enough so that the food was still hot.

It was absolutely not acceptable to wait 1hour for a delivery and then to receive a call from operator just to tell me you won’t deliver on my address!
I mean how much time do you need to understand that this specific restaurant doesn’t deliver to address that is completely comfortable for other restaurants?!?!?/as that was the explanation why I won’t receive anything/ As far away I know you are the one that should cover all the details.
For me this whole situation is absolutely stupid and not acceptable!
