Once I started taking these vitamins
Once I started taking these vitamins, my appetite control is better. I don't always feel hungry. I've lost 15 pounds since I started taking them! I had to stop taking them for a little bit and gained almost all of it back. I'm ready to get back into the groove again.

Nonexistent customer service
I've had this issue twice now. They ship to the address on my PayPal which is fine BUT I move between two states every few months. By the time the notify me that an order is being processed, so I can change the address to where I am, they say its too late to change addresses for that order despite it not being shipped yet. They don't allow any address changes once an order is started but also don't notify you until an order is started.
Their vitamins are incredibly expensive for only a month supply but I subscribed for convenience and so far this is anything but. I've had about 5 orders placed with them and they've messed up the shipping on 2. I've never ever seen a company that doesn't do address changes during the processing stage. Hell I own a small buisness and even I'm capable of doing that...
