Worst service ever as an owner of the business. Seems like biggest scam. Have there services for more than 5 months and they are not clearing any amounts. Tried to call them and write thousands time but they always says will call you back or bla bla.
When i decide not to give free food they send us 500kr fine. LOLX
they only know how to take money but not how to pay out restaurants payments.

Had a fine experience my first time. Second time was another story. My order has still not arrived and when I try to contact Takeout.dk customer service, no one answers ... (regardless if you choose to call them for partner-reasons, they still don't pick up. Not really the way-to-go, when scaling a business).

Im hoping for an answer on this review and a compensation for my missing order.

Absolutely the worst delivery service ever. Website does not work properly half of the time.

Either payments are not going through or the address changes mid order.

Do not use this crap.

Order from your restaurant direct or check on Wolt or Just Eat instead of them!

They often charge higher prices for ALL items on a menu then if you order direct or via Wolt for example and they often have very high delivery fees. For example I received a 15% off code from them and wanted to order from Aamanns and was surprised to see that they charge 70kr for everything and then checked on Wolt and direct on Aamanns site and all the prices were 65kr! This has happened many times I was "about" to order from Takeout.dk

I have also placed an order here waited for about ½ hour for them to only call and say oh we don't work with that restaurant any more! So why the heck didn't you take it off your site so I am not sitting here waiting for food that won't come.

Takeout.dk you are not the only player on the scene you used to stand out as you had some nicer restaurants at the start but that is not enough and you are greedy charging more than the restaurant charges.

It is with heavy heart that I must give a 1 rating star. After a 30 minute delay, received false accusations from the the driver and the manager that I raised the voice at the driver. Never in my life I had to write a complain, but the distress and shock that I was put through makes me do so.

Accepted the order - then called one hour later and told me the restaurant had closed. I dont understand how that is even possible.

Great customer service and very nice choice of restaurants on their app.

The best experience I've ever got when ordering the food. My dinner was delivered right on time and even they notified me before driver arrived about the estimated time of delivery. Really good service !! :)) thank you Takeout

Pre-ordered lunch for a business workshop on their website after chatting with a customer service consultant in the morning. Set delivery for the 11.55 - 12.05 time window. Takeout called an hour later to inform me that the lunch would be late as they had displayed inaccurate opening times for the restaurant on their website. The new delivery time was set to 12.20. At 12.30, I called them again and talked to another customer service consultant, who told me their delivery person hand't even left to pick up the pizzas yet, and was unaware of the 12.20 delivery time. At 12.50, almost an hour after lunch was scheduled, the food delivery arrived - cold.

As a company we will not want to use Takeout again, because of the risk of unreliability, which is unfortunate as they deliver in our area.
