Thank you for your message. I understand your argument that opening both a buy and a sell in gold is a losing strategy, and that no professional would do it intentionally. I am not saying you intended to create a counter position.

However, managing multiple accounts is different from managing a single account. In a single account, closing a long and opening a short is a directional change — there is no violation. But across multiple accounts, if one account is still short while another goes long — even for a split second — that is a counter position. The strategy's profitability or lack thereof does not change the fact that opposite exposure existed.
It doesn't matter whether you have one account or multiple accounts. When you place orders and the market suddenly moves, for example, you place five orders, the market picks up only three of them and leaves two without you knowing. Then, you will absolutely open a new position to buy or sell without knowing you already have open positions.

This is a glitch of Ninja, and I have thousands of these cases, thousands. Go back to my dead orders from the beginning when I started with you guys or Apex—it doesn't matter.

This is not dual position or hedging. Hedging must be at a far, far, far distance. You catch one position, and you are either short or long. Not with a $1.50 or $2 difference, which is ridiculous. Who would even do that?

Especially when I only need $100 or $150 to reach my $3,000.

We have reviewed your case multiple times. The exchange data confirms a counter position violation. The determination is final. The accounts will not be reinstated.

Quick payouts , so far the only issue was an unfair counter position by latency or an execution mistake, customer service is excellent i really recomend this profirm.

Stay away from this company from a cancel the users without giving clear explanations they are a fraud as a company they are not able to deal with profitable traders as soon as you have a positive streak they look for a way to get you out of their system now if you want to answer me as they always do saying that you are the rule of the CME you are a failure as a company

In my opinion one of the best prop firms available. Fast, reliable payouts with a solid customer service and decent website. The only thing what puts me off with them is that Micro silver SIL is not on the permitted products list but Mini silver SI is, this doesn't make sense to me since Mini silver is 5 times the risk and far too dangerous for a 50k or 100k account. Hopefully someone might realise this and change it going forward.

Take Profit Trader is a dishonest company that closes the accounts of profitable users. They only seem to want traders who lose money, not disciplined and consistent traders who actually succeed. They provide no real explanation or valid reason — they simply close your accounts without warning. Very disappointing experience and completely unfair treatment toward profitable traders.

My experience with Take Profit Trader has been nothing short of outrageous.

This company, in my opinion, is completely dishonest and operates in a way that actively works against profitable traders. As long as you are losing or barely breaking even, everything seems fine. But the moment you become consistently profitable, disciplined, and start making regular withdrawals, they turn on you.

Out of nowhere, without any legitimate justification, they shut down your account. No warning, no proper explanation, no accountability. Just a cold termination like you did something wrong—when in reality, the only thing you did was trade well.

It honestly feels like their business model depends on traders failing. Because the second you prove that you can actually win and manage risk properly, you suddenly become a problem for them.

What makes this even worse is their complete lack of transparency and respect. They don’t even have the professionalism to communicate clearly or give a real reason. It’s like dealing with a company that simply doesn’t want to be questioned.

To anyone considering joining: be very careful. If your goal is to become a consistently profitable trader, this platform may not just fail to support you—it may work against you.
