Overall one of the best. The time it take to receive payout is just wonderful. There are 2 things that are not ideal but "this is what it is".
1. Intraday trailing drawdown

Issue activating my pro account…
I had an issue getting my pro account activated. I reached out for help and Cyrine took a look at my account history and resolved my issue for me promptly. My account was active and ready for trading 10 minutes later. Many thanks to Cyrine for excellent customer service.

I had a great experience with Take Profit Trader’s support team especially KeShonna.
Initially my account was assigned to PRO+ Development instead of standard PRO+. I reached out requesting a manual review and provided details of my trading performance and risk management approach.
The team took my concerns seriously, carefully reviewed my account and ultimately reconsidered their decision, approving me for standard PRO+.
The entire process was handled professionally, and I truly appreciate their willingness to listen and make a fair decision.

Had issues with delayed data. Rhayan was very fast with the fix and had fixed it before even replying to my enquiry. TPT support team has had a huge improvement in the past few months!

Getting a refund
i forgot to input the promor code and thus getting charged 40% more. I have to to them and received an email on the same day mind you, by a fellow named Rhayan, stating that the problem is resolved and that i should be refunded in 5-10 workig days.
I was amazed at their fast response and hope that wont have any issue with the bank.
In any case, should there be a need i will keep updating here.
