Company is a scam. They simply dropship dirt cheap Chinese products direct to you. Found the same product on Ali express for 1/3 the cost. Delivery is painfully slow and they don't reply to any communications.
This website is just a scam, nothing more. I ordered almost a month ago and my order still hasn't been dispatched, my emails have gone unreplied to (I've sent about 5 now) and my requests for refunds have been unsuccessful. Disgusting.
Would give less than 1 if possible. Was sent the wrong item, said it was ‘a gift box’ it was just polystyrene and was intended as a wedding anniversary gift. I emailed them about 5 times and filled out online forms and nobody ever replied. Worst company I’ve dealt with. I’m now stuck with an expensive item that I did t even choose.
