A wrong product was delivered to the specified address.

Had been trying to contact Support, but no one answers the calls.
Sent an email to the support detailing as to what was ordered and what was delivered, and I am still waiting for a response from Talash.com

Not at all an acceptable experience. I wouldn't shop from Talash.com anymore and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I will give credit to very helpful, amazing ,and fantastic staff who helped to deliver my order. Specially Priya Rachna, Puja,Rekha, Saloni .They are always there whenever I had any problems. Because of staff I will give 5 stars.

In few words.i will say.
Talash is the best for online shopping site for your loved ones.

After I posted review on Trustpilot, Talash got in touch.

They did not fulfill my order of the RAKHIS :((, which is what i would have liked but they refunded my money atleast.

It is even worst than bad... They dont even deserve to get 1 star.. They said the rakhi would be delivered within 5 to 7 days its been 20 days now.. Fraud company.. Dont even pick up the call.. Nwither do reply on mail.. Wasted my 400 rupees

I placed an order on August 18 2018 from Talash order number 100074014
My order has still not been delivered and when try to call customer service they don’t pick up the phone fraud company

I don't see any status on the following order, which I ordered 10 days ago
I order Aug 22 express delivery..,Dry Fruits And Rakhi Special Combo
Delivery Date : 23-Aug-2018 but they didn't, when i message them they says it will take 5 - 7 working days to be delivered...still didn't receive & there is no point received after Raksha Bandhan so
i open a case with paypal still working on it....Highly not recommended

a complete cheater company. Raise my voice in cyber crime forum of India also. But as everyone know,nothing happened anything against cheater or fraud-er company because of poor law and law dis obeying companies. Big Shame on Talash

this site even doesn’t deserve one star,i ordered rakhi on Aug7th with chocolate box, my brother received only chocolate box not rakhi..they already deduct money for both,after numerous complaints ,numerous calls (they don’t reply) finally they give me reply n sent some stupid rakhi which was not even i ordered one that was totally different from what i ordered and again i keeps calling them and they delivered rakhi after rakhi festival ,worst service no management one advice for you SHUTDOWN YOUR SITE..never ever order from this again n even whoever i know never recommend them too...

WORST COMPANY EVER, ORDERED 2 RAKHIS ON THE 8TH OF AUGUST AND THEN SHIPPED ON THE 22ND AUGUST. AND TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH. WHEN I OPENED A CASE WITH PAYPAL. WOHAYYYYY. WHAT A COINSIDENCE. THEY HAD BEEN SHIPPED. SHIPPED AND THEN RETURNED TO SENDER. DIDNT GET NOTHING

A fake company, my rakhi has not yet been delivered. The customer care doesnt answer phone, their support ticket is not even checked. My money is just wasted.

It is fake company. Just bugs money of people. I ordered rakhi for my brother to be sent in august, rakhi was on 26th august and I placed my order on 10 th august still I dint get any delivery intimations, When i open my id on talash.com it kept showing shipped. but it never got delivrerd. they have fake customer care. Number doesnt dial up or they dont pick up if it dials that too in morning only around 9. Dont ever shop through them. it is big time fake

I have purchased Rs9000 worth of rakhis this season. Of these the overseas ones have not been delivered. Customer service is extremely indifferent and actually said it does not matter if I never buy anything from them again. What arrogance. FRAUD SITE!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING. You may lose your money

I placed order on 19th August. The status of shipment is delivered. But my brother has not received his Rakhi yet.

My rakhi is not delivered to my brother. I tried to call all customer care nos but not a single no is correct. My brother not got his rakhi..... wrong information provided by the company.... money wasted.
