Ordered two Talalay Queen size pillows on the 23/03/25
We received them on the 26/03/25,did pay a nominal fee of £6 for express delivery,,The pillows are so plush and soft,,,just the right height,,,these are exactly the same as a well known bed brand,but much cheaper
If you order these pillows( which come in different sizes) you won't go wrong,We chose the medium soft ,but you can order soft or firm,,, first class products from a first class firm

Almost perfect
The pillows I purchased might be best I have ever had. However the cover is not good, as it has very bad zipper. One pillow came with bad zipper already on arrival (no way to close it) and the other went bad after one week. Quite disappointing for such an expensive product, especially as I see that others have been complaining about the same problem in the past and they never decided to fix it.

Unpleasant odor will not go away…
Almost one month of the pillow 18" in front of a large electric fan. Both sides alternated. Still has a very unpleasant odor. Never used. Unusable. Will return.
But a very nice pillow. Good size, firmness to hand pressure. What I wanted.

Fast delivery. Pillow size (dimensions) is a little smaller than I would like as it doesn't fill out a king size pillow case like my previous memory foam pillows did.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Ordered an expensive talatex standard pillow. It seems most of the cost went to the over-the-top packaging. The pillow itself was 4 inches shorter than standard (altho' enclosed in a standard size case. See pic below. I'd enclose a photo, but this review page won't let me.

Terrible Customer Service – No Response
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service. It’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone.
I returned two pillows and only received a refund confirmation for one. Despite sending multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram inquiries, I have yet to receive a response.

Site was easy to navigate through, Ordering was easy, shipping response was quick and order was delivered to my front door. Quality is perfect, keeps your head cool, condition is off course brand new, great value and product for the price and the appearance is as described. DO NOT ORDER Worst Experience I've ever had ordering online
I placed an order with this company on Jan 16th and a shipping label was printed. UPS never picked up the package from their facilities. I have now been trying to reach a person in their company for weeks now to resolve the issue and get a refund. There has been zero help from this company. Emails and calls go without answer. The customer service is not exist. I have paid almost 200 dollars and can't do anything about it because no one in their company will respond. DO NOT ORDER
