Really impressed with Talent Finder.
They were very professional and filtered the CVs effectively so we weren't bombarded with loads and all the CVs we received were relevant to both the job roles we were looking to employ.

We have since successful employed an admin role and a driver role at our company and both are doing really well so thank you. They are assets to the team.

I wouldn't use this organisation if it was the last company operating. They have a complete disregard for the rules of GDPR and they just send out endless spam.

What a shambles of a company.
I applied for a position, when I contacted them regarding the position I applied for, they had lost my CV.
They are still advertising jobs that have already been filled. AVOID AVOID.

ABSOLUTE SCAM of a company.
They have charged us £600 for not even one reliable delivery driver. With this money, I could have had INDEED a PROFESSIONAL company ONLY and got much more than this from GENUINE applicants not from foreign countries that don’t even have any clue about this job and FAKE PHONE NUMBERS!
NOT EVEN RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT EMAIL!

We used Talent Finder to recruit a new member in our small office team, Lisa and Faruk were great to work with, communicated with us, listened to what we needed and found a suitable candidate straight away. Very happy with the service.

If only I could give ZERO stars! This is a terrible company. They continue to send emails, though I have rung and emailed numerous times asking them to stop & unsubscribe. They say the same thing every time. We are so sorry, we will sort this out for you. And, then do nothing other than continue to send emails. The most distressing part is that they continue to email my father-in-law who passed away in June 2023. From now on, I think I will give a review each & every time they email my father-in-law. Perhaps this will get the message through to the right person.

I've been contacted by this number, 07884552247, from Whatsapp on a Saturday. They refuse to share their name, and they do not share any details about the positions. Also, asking if I have a bank account. I suspect this is a scam. Can you please confirm if this number is one of your company numbers? If not, can you help report this to the right authorities?

Lisa was incredible. She kept me updated every step of the way. Saba screened the candidates. The quality of applicants were excellent and we struggled to choose between two candidates. Lisa discussed both candidates and talked through the strengths and weaknesses and made our choice clearer.
