quite disappointed
quite disappointed. The content remains rather superficial, not going into detail. The speaker seems to be unaware of how LinkedIn's search algorithm works, and in particular that the profile title is not read by Recruiter, the paid solution for recruiters.

Thanks for your feedback. I assume that you are referring to one of our complimentary LinkedIn webinars held in the last 24 hours.
If so, the content on LinkedIn was delivered by a qualified NCOPE expert and reflects what is considered best practice, our team has access to LinkedIn Recruiter, and—while no-one knows for sure how the algorithm works, it is widely understood that the profile tagline is key to ranking. That also reflects our experience with hundreds of optimized profiles.
That said, we appreciate your feedback.

I have spent a huge amount of time tuning my CV and LinkedIn profiles, but after GatedTalent got hold of them, they changed them in ways I would never otherwise have known. I believe you are probably referencing the most recent webinar on LinkedIn and Resume optimization - this was hosted live and have almost 100 attendees, and we did not receive reports of audio issues, so unfortunately I suspect the issue was local. If you'd like to contact the team, we'll arrange an invitation to an upcoming session. On that basis, if you would like to reconsider your Trustpilot ranking, we would appreciate it.
Valuable information shared
Information shared was both helpful and insightful.
It also flagged the issues faced with applications especially LinkedIn. I am actually considering deleting my LinkedIn profile. The amount of run around you have to do on your profile just to ensure your application gets past the vetting software is alarming.
