Smaller classes and so there is focused support for the children in the areas that they require the most help.

The teacher was very clear and taught the key sections of content which meant that not a single moment of time was wasted.

This academy delivers more than academics in the children. They look after overall well being. Communication is brilliant on the progress of the child. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Kids are rewarded for efforts . Overall a best place I found for my child.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent interview at talent pool academy . Upon arrival, the manager was absent, and even the staff was unsure of her whereabouts. I was left waiting for around 10 minutes before she finally showed up to conduct the interview. During our conversation, the manager made an inappropriate remark about my hijab, suggesting that it could hinder future opportunities working in bigger companies. This is remarkably unprofessional and racist.

I would strongly advise Muslim individuals and families to reconsider working here or sending their children to an environment where such views are held about us. WE ARE IN 2024 NOT 1994.

Very high standard of teaching and I have seen my child grow and enhance in his skills and academic achievements. Well structured teaching materials tailored to every child's needs. Qualified and dedicated staff who are approachable to discuss my child development. Both of my daughters have attended Talent Pool for a very long time. Over the years Talent Pool Academy provided well planned classes to a very high standard to support both of my daughter’s academic needs. My eldest daughter did very well in both her GCSES and A Levels she had A* and A in Maths and Further Maths. She is now one of the tutors at Talent Pool Academy which is a clear guarantee that your son or daughter will be receiving high quality support. My youngest daughter recently completed her GCSES and we await for the results and I will update once we receive her results.

I feel Talent pool has been a brilliant tuition centre, my son’s maths was quite bad, but with in few months at Talent pool he has improved so much. The teachers are all absolutely brilliant so lovely kind & make the kids comfortable & their teaching skills must be brilliant as my son has improved so much that even his teachers are so happy with his work now. As my son sits for his final GCSE Maths exam on the 10th, I am left to contemplate and reflect on how he has changed over the past seven months. It appears that his confidence in taking exams has grown significantly. Why? Because of the tremendous help from Talent Pool Academy, which provided him with well-planned one-on-one tuition and a small group setting for studying with a few other students.

How well he performs in his exams and what he achieves remains to be seen, but from what I have observed, Talent Pool Academy delivered well-planned classes to a very high standard. They ensured that my son is confident and fully understands the beauty of maths and how to tackle maths questions at exam level.

All in all, my son appears to be mentally ready for his exams, something he was not previously. His tutor, Elias, is exceptional, and my son has high praise for him.
